Eyebrows sort of match up and nose and lips look pretty close. Will to live seems gone too.

I think that is a picture of a picture from his wedding week. So it wasn't taken in 2021 but way back then.
Edit: Explains why he took a picture of an old picture of Kat because in 2021 she would have been huge like in the gas station photo.
