So by Washington law, she can now claim half it's 3 years. If divorce and property goes like over here in Europe the house is sold and the amount is paid owing to the bank and the residual is split in with what a judge has agreed. Seeing as Wahondo is his chief asset the house is the first line of entry. A judge can look at Phil's earnings and say Khet has 60% of the remains meaning a nice little nest egg.

Phil has been acting strangely for months and it's giving me Panda leaving flashbacks because confessing she left him emasculated him completely. I would not be surprised if something happened this year, hell I would not even be surprised if he had been paying to live at another place and not declare a separation to save his pride.

Kat can do that, but i doubt she would. phil lives day to day. he has no cash, no stock, no retirement savings. he pays his bills late sometimes. chances are, neither of them would have an attorney. also, even if they sold the house, they probably woudn't net much of a profit because phil pays the absolute minimum on his wahkando. the majority of it would likely go to interest. also what's kat going to do after the divorce even if she nets say, 50K from a divorce? how long could she live in an Seattle apartment with that much?

also alimony likely wouldn't come into play and if it did, not for long. alimony is usually for woman who don't work.
 
Kat's not going anywhere unless Phil does something to actively drive her out like he did Leanna.

Even if she's not retarded (and I think she is) she's exactly the type of low expectations, low upkeep, no goals for herself woman that litters loveless marriages across the US (and I assume world).

Whenever you go to the DMV and some middle aged woman who has that glazed over look in her eyes that tells you she's been doing this exact job for 30 years takes your info, realize that that's all Kat is besides the ability to work less hours a week.

That's all it is, she's going through the motions of 'being an adult' just like Phil is and she has no desire to better herself and she absolutely does not care that she could do better if she wanted to, because she doesn't.

The natural inclination is to assume these women must have been more interesting or active or doing anything with their lives before they became what they are but the truth is they never were.

That plain boring quiet girl in your high school became what Kat is not and then turned into a boring, uninteresting woman in her 50s give or take a few extra cats or maybe some kids to live vicariously through.

Adding onto this, not only is it a case of what would Khet do, but where would she go? She has no friends, and I don't know if Jenna's van has room for two. She'd have to latch onto another mark, which seems unlikely. She's not exactly a catch, and I'd think even the type of people that settle for a gold digger would want to pick someone more appealing.

Plus after shacking up with Phil, anyone who would end up looking her up will be lead down a rabbithole of demonic possession, cucking subaruguy with a pigroach and her sister's porn to say to hell with it and look elsewhere. Her only hope would be finding someone more pathetic and desperate than piggy was after being thrown away by someone young enough to be compared to his daughter.

Phil refused to ask Leanna to marry him which was the SINGLE thing she expected out of him.

He didn't do so until he got mocked by his chat because everyone but him knew she was wearing a fake engagement ring.

He then bought her a cheap ring off Etsy (even Kat got a discounted real ring) after presumably just asking her about the fake ring instead of being remotely romantic about it.

Sometime directly before/during/after the ring arc he outed her hospital visit and was generally shitty about supporting her anxiety issues (which were well known).

Phil 100% is at fault for Leanna leaving him. If he could have just asked her to marry him once she made it clear that's what she wanted and been remotely supportive she'd still be there.

It's why Phil was in such a hurry to speedrun the relationship with Kat except THIS time he threw marriage on the end. I think that's why Phil is so clueless about shit now, because he doesn't have his relationship with Leanna to dictate what he does now.

Her brazymamo page got deleted but her officialbrazymamo page is still live with updates as recent as yesterday and claims that the original one was deleted when it hit 5,000. In all fairness can you blame Instagram for banning someone who is constantly smoking pot and going on unhinged rants about celebrities being pedos or how murder via exorcism is a real problem?
