I've been fucking around with the picture trying to enhance it. I apologise that I'm not an expert in this type of thing. I changed the exposure and saturation which shows that the skin tones are almost identical. The facial features do appear to match up pretty closely to Kat, just spaced out differently due to morbid obesity. If we could see more of the hair and hair line I think we would see more of an outright resemblance. If this is Kat, then she's completely given up on herself.

Wasn't the lore that Kat went to the gym until Phil forbad it and in exchange they bought an exercise bike which Phil fucked up. The good thing is that neiter Jim nor Tyrone will swoop her away (if she is really in that picture)

I think it's her though, she got them Michigan Heffer genes. More common in women in their 40s but not unheard of younger. I know women who have that exact cheap bad food and no exercise sit around all day build.

It's the woman equivalent of Phil's odd flabbiness. She just carries it more in the face than he does.

Now seeing those pics: do you think Kat's appareance is due to Phil ranting each day. they say happiness spreads fast and makes one more healthy. so I would wager she got uglier the more she was exposed to his toxicity. I mean think about it: with Phil possiblly ranting about "not enough money" or "those shit trolls" or even worse "honey i am bankrupt" Ican't imagine that the mood in the house is good

Phil never associates with anyone but Kat, never mentions a cousin, but the first photo of him in the wild in literally years and it's his cousin in the car with him and not his wife?

If you want to say that for some reason someone took a year-old photo of a Toyota and shopped Phil into it, okay I guess. But Phil literally has no other human interaction but with his wife. Who else would it be?
