I'm skeptical that that photo is Khet. I tried to find similar angles of Khet from the hair flip videos to try to compare.

Khet's nose appears significantly more pointy and her browline is very prominent in comparison to the person in the car with DSP.

As someone who isn't obese, I can't say for certain, but it seems unlikely to me for someone to gain fat under their browline and have their nose shape change. Nikocado's shit still looks basically the same after like 250+ lbs and 5 years.

She didn't look great to begin with, but I would say hitting the wall hard really did a number on her. Except that at her size, I'm pretty sure she'd just smash through it like the fucking Kool Aid Man.

Recovered fat fuck here, those exact features changed for me when I dropped back to a healthy weight. The brow and nose do not build up fat but they still get pulled/pushed by all the fat in the cheeks/jowls/chins.

My guess is that Nikocado either stores his weight differently due to genetics/diet, or he was so fat to begin with that he was already past the point where more weight could make a difference to his facial features.

I think the nose is the one identifiable feature. Also the underbite seems present in the new fat photo.

The only theory that would be in any way plausible that I can think of is if The Khet Was Now Gone and Phail already found a fat replacement maid. Personally, I'm 99.99% sure that the person in the pic is Fhet Khet.

Ever since the photo was posted I started referring to her exclusively as either Fhet Khet (or variations like Fat Kat, Phat Khat etc.) or "the big bitch" and frankly everyone else should too. I don't wanna see any of you niggas slackin' by just calling her Kat.

The facial features do appear to match up pretty closely to Kat, just spaced out differently due to morbid obesity. To any of the few doubting that it's Kat, ask this question; who in the fuck else could it be? He has no friends, no siblings, no hobbies, no coworkers, no social life, and no sex drive (for an affair).
