I heard some people gave Kats sister money, and they think she’s going to go out to the snort fort and interrupt the stream.

These people are going to be really disappointed when absolutely nothing comes of this, and she ends up using that money to buy meth, and we never hear another word about this.

I really don't understand how she blew up so big so fast. I have not followed all the lore regarding this arc, but from what I understood is she had an actual job at at a Walmart type establishment. Which would have to mean she was either stocking or operating the cash register. hell even receipt checking entails some standing and walking. It seemed like she had fairly long shifts as well perhaps full time even given the "one day a week with my wife" thing. How much does one have to eat to counter the caloric burn of a 9-5 job? As a sickly underweight autistic man this is a concept I'm failing to grasp can someone enlighten me as to how this even happened?

I believe the most likely theory is that she's on SSRIs. Phil has admitted that she's on "special medication", she looks like she's a about to kill herself, and I find it perfectly understandable if she is depressed.
 
I can understand having to live with Phil must be pretty rough once you get past the perks. But to start out with she cant have been more that 150lbs tops. All the problems associated with those medications don't seem worth it to just care less about feeling shitty and depressed all the time to the point some people find it easier to justify drastic actions. Is it possible she is not working anymore or is that stuff just that bad for you overall? I really hope Phil cares enough to make things better for her. Surely he has learned something from the "give her a pill" shit. Or maybe he is blind to all this so long as groceries are ordered and laundry is done.

She was only working part time for two or three days a week. IIRC, she was doing about 15-20 hours. Whether she's still working those hours/is working at all is up in the air. I know there was speculation she quit, but I don't think it was ever confirmed. Other then that, I think it's just the result of eating Doordash/microwave dinners for every meal and living a completely sedentary lifestyle, with a hint of getting older. Whenever Phil lets slip about his orders, it sounds like it's usually more than enough food between the two of them. We also know that Phil is prone to not actually eating all his food. Instead of throwing it all away now, he might just throw it into Khet's maw.

Medication is a possibility as well, but much like her current working status, hasn't actually been confirmed. I always take anything Phil says relating to medical issues with a heaping of salt that Khet piles onto her fries. This is the same person who acts like a paper cut is a mortal injury, that you're on your deathbed in your 60s and thinks ear infections are on the level of Covid. But it's not the most outlandish thing to come out of the gout fort, so if it ends up being true I wouldn't be shocked.

The other thing to keep in mind is a lot of time passes between Khet appearances. With how repetitive and slow the gout vortex can be, it's easy for the days to just blend together, but there was a significant chunk of time between Khet's initial stream appearances and her becoming a blimp, so it seemed a lot more sudden for us.

From what I remember, it's been 3 or 4 years difference between the wedding pictures (where she was already slightly chonkier than before but it wasn't anything too alarming) to the Fat Korean Boy she became when we saw her in that pic taken outside of the gas station. Even then, we could only see her head and while it was obvious that she's a fat bitch now the Phail and Khet stream still took me off guard. I expected her to be obese but not THAT obese.
 
A lot of chicks get lazy and balloon up after getting married. Phil has 0 standards. As long as he has a mom taking care of him, she can get as fat as she wants. From the early stuff I've seen of her, she was never really that thin to begin with and I bet she did keep herself around that weight to stay in the dating pool.
 
Know how she went from normal to early season Roseanne Barr in a matter of few years well it's a couple things. First is the sedamentary lifestyle she has little to no life outside of unmodded skyrim and folding white stretch pants at the lane bryant 20 hours a week, a steady diet of calorie and fat heavy takeout and if I were to guess she's a snackaholic when she's not attacking hers and half of phils mashed potatoes she's probably nibbling on something else then you take into consideration the antidepressants she's most likely on they tend to tack on a few pounts and finally she's midwest trailer trash and there's a saying that goes there's fat and there's midwest fat and she fits in the latter......well could be all of those or maybe she's just not doing coke anymore people tend to blow up when off the white stuff.

Does Kat still appear on his livestreams or was that a short-lived venture? Haven't kept up with Phil in a while.

I'm guessing she was having small snacks like candy during breaks. A lot of megafatties don't understand that it's not the big meals that get you fat, it's the small snacks and drinks throughout the day. The calories add up more than you might think. Cut those out of your diet, and you'll see the pounds melt off.

Very short lived. He's tried to advertise them playing games together on stream, but with all the wisdom he accumulated over years of streaming, decided the best games for two people to play together were single player games. And wanting to one up his own stupidity, decided that the Yakuza 8 minigame island was the best choice for a debut two person stream. It basically amounted to Khet grinding out Phil's in game chores. Shockingly, this snore fest wasn't drawing in new viewers/huge tips and Phil claimed Khet was bored and she hasn't appeared since, but he was briefly teasing that they were considering other games. Oh, but anyone suggesting actual multiplayer games for them to play was a moron. I think he only teased it for a few weeks before forgetting about it entirely.

Probably the funniest thing about it was, despite not really having an actual game to play, Khet was displaying considerably more skill than Phil and was getting praised in the chat for her gameplay, which Phil was clearly jealous about.
 
Also, Phil scheduled a Kat stream at least 3 times that were cancelled with the final stream she showed up with her visibly bored and wanting to leave. But, it had nothing to do with chat insulting her... she was just playing boring Yakuza filler content and barely interacting while chat was noticing she actually enjoyed playing games unlike Phil. It seems like she really does not enjoy being around Phil in any capacity.
 
Wonder how Phil sold the whole, I will be on Kino Casino, even after they made fun off her. She seems to have really thin skin over all. She will probably cry downstairs during the thing.
