Orbiter Kat Speculation - With guest appearances by her sister, Jenna

Kat isn't really funny like some of DSP's orbiters and she is a topic of frequent discussion so I'm making a thread just to make it easier for people to find what's already been discovered and to reduce cyclical discussion. I'll put a half-assed effort into keeping the OP updated with a summary, but I'm pretty bad at that.

Spoiler: 2000s: Demon Possession Thing

Kat does appear to have been part of a family where a mother of three, including Kat, had attempted to kill her youngest daughter out of suspicion the daughter was possessed by a demon. Parental rights were terminated and not re-instated on appeal.

One of the girls listed in the court document was on a community college Dean's List in 2007. If I assume she was enrolled in a two-year program that leaves her age most likely between 18-21 at the time, making Kat 1-3 years younger. This girl would have been 16-18 at the time of their removal from the home. Kat would have been in the ballpark of 15. There was a third girl listed on the court document whose is currently 24 and has a different surname than the other two girls. The third girl was the youngest and would have been 11. I don't believe Kat was the victim of an attempted homicide by a mother who believed her to be demon possessed. I do believe she was in that household and was removed from he rmother's care along with her two sisters.

This information has been discussed before by @neger psykolog and I'm not sure how much of the source material was made public. I'll have to think about whether or not I want to release any of that information.

In 2010 a petition was filed in a Michigan probate court to order Kat to obtain treatment for mental health reasons.

People found out Kat has some public record somewhere that leads auto insurance companies to show a 2017 Subaru WRX under DSP's address when entering her name instead of his. This vehicle doesn't appear to be hers; it appears she is or was recently (as in within the last year or so) insured on it.

The vehicles listed under DSP's name are what I'd expect, two BMWs and a Toyota Corolla. The vehicles listed under her name are a mix of the same Toyota Corolla, a Ford Escort, and a Toyota Camry that are present when using either address and the Subaru WRX. This Subaru is the only vehicle in common when using her information and her boyfriend's information. I think it's safe to say the Subaru WRX was a vehicle her boyfriend owned or a vehicle they owned together.

DSP probably does not own a Subaru.

Spoiler: 2018-07-29 Kat as a Homewrecker

An individual contacted Tevin claiming to be Kat's ex-boyfriend. He claimed Kat and DSP began their relationship while Kat and he were still dating and that he kicked Kat out when he found out. He also claimed Kat used him for money.

Spoiler: 2019-04-08 Kat's Marriage to DSP

Yeah that happened, for some reason. Marriage Certificate is attached here. Kat apparently was born in Connecticut.

I've confirmed Kat works at a national chain and the doors are open to the public between about 9 AM to 10 PM. As far as I can tell (I'm not super familiar with the company) employees don't show up or go home much before or after those hours. Her commute is next to nothing.

DSP's "she works really early" and "she works really late" is likely an exaggeration. (Keep in mind DSP once commented that he'd like more days off so he could sleep in once in a while when his first streams began at 1 PM.)

How did making Kat stop using Twitch, YouTube, and Twitter so the bad men wouldn't find her work out DSP?

I just realized: neger was able to link the St. Jean family home, scene of the demon-daughter hostage taking and possible carbon monoxide causing death of an entire family, to the place Kat streamed from. So she had the option of staying there (it at least had a couch from what we could see, plus her PC was most likely stored there, given we know it's not mobile as she had to ship wholly it to Washington.) So the talk about her living with her ex for the remaining months until their lease expires, quickly reeling in Phil for a place to stay, that's doesn't really work, no? Or am I being a dum?

Same, although those weren't in the 2017 WRX. Those videos were from Sept. 6th and Dec.14th 2014, almost 4 years ago.

Doubtful. Cohabitation laws and "common law marriage" laws have relaxed in recent times. Unless Phil actually signs on the dotted line and they get married I don't think she's gonna be eligible for half his shit.

Edit: I looked it up. Washington state does not recognize common law marriages, so Phil is safe. Dunno about any sort of cohabitation thing.

Tenant laws and such could make it to where he has to give her some sort of notice and she'd have to move out by a certain date. I think it would be most humorous if he tried to give her the boot, she pulls the tenant/landlord requirements card and proceeds to make the subsequent days hell on his shtreems with loud noises and such since she would have a few days before she had to be out.

I think Phil has enough sense to not do that. Panda has shown remarkable restraint by not making herself available to detractors, but I don't think kat is as noble.

Here's some speculation: What if their mom was right and they really are demon spawn sent from Satan?

Phil gets woken up at 4am by a low growl, Phil in his aggravation turns his lamp on and turns to admonish Kat by reminding her that he has to be up in four hours to start his first stream, when he eye's meet this horror ...

And his ears are bombarded by a demonic sound imploring " I haven't sex in ages Phil."
