She also benefits off his scams, so it safe to say that she knows about them. I mean, whatever money Phil spends usually goes to eating out at restaurants, luxuries, staycations, pets, and other frivolous shit. Why would anyone call out scams the the morality behind them if you live like a queen when they succeed?
When you look at it that way, it really reinforces how disgusting of a person both Phil and Kat are.
I guess in that capacity, those two were made for each other: two toxic people who do anything for money.

I’m still kinda on the fence about what kat really wants. But I guesss she’s pretty guilty by association. I’m still wondering why she still refuses to come on stream. You’d think someone who used to stream/wife of Phil would try and hype up a play through or something for a big ass tip goal.
But maybe dsp’s trying to lay low on the scams till the cat thing blows over

Personally, I believe that (since Phil is an opportunist who always jumps at the chance to scam fans), he won't lay low and wait for things to blow over. He'll still cry about "needing to pay taxes at the end of the month". he'll still beg for games, he'll do anything he needs to do to get ahead. And he won't wait because Phil always wants immediate results and will never wait to get his money.
As for Kat, she's not a wife or a fellow streamer, she's a trophy for Phil to swing around whenever detractors laugh at him for not getting laid. Just like he did with Leanna, he never really has to interact with her or respect her in any way. She just has to exist. That way she can be whatever he wants; whether it's a perfect trophy wife, a "soulmate", or a convenient excuse. She just needs to be there, and he just has to keep her happy enough to give her a reason to stay. But that's just my take on it.

Phil set a goal way back called something like cooking with the King and Queen and it never happened.
When Kat walked on stream for the first time she said something in the line of "I don't care about the trolls", after that people found out about her demon posession story, her mild police record and that she cheated on Subaru Man. She can talk the talk, but can't walk the walk.
I think she just told Phil she will not join him because it gets to her, like it got to Leanna who spoke about it on some forum.
She knows what Phil does, and she is just as guilty as he is. For myself I don't need much other proof but Jasper, he lives with Phil and Kat. She knews Phil was lying on stream and to his fans about not being able to get a cat for months, but she didn't care because it makes money.
Bare in mind Phil got around 2,200$ and begged for a 30$ Xbox charger after just two days, he has no shame.
If he started rapidly losing support which will never ever happen, Kat would join his streams if some random financial goal is met time after time.

Kat was visibly, obviously uncomfortable and upset by trolls in the chat the only time she has appeared on stream. I think it's pretty clear that she laid down the law to Phil that she was never going to appear on his stream again after that and for him to keep talk about her and their private life to a minimum.

I don't know what she expected coming in on streams. Probably notice Phil acting like a goon, and realize his poor social standing where everyone who watches him makes fun of him, so that made her an easy target for what was said above with the past history. So she fucked off.
Since Khet isn't willing to do twirls and show some ass n tits on cam for easy money while getting shit for it, Phil found something that can do tricks on camera that has no idea what is going on. This is why he's so obsessed about the cat, because he needs others to do the work for him while he gets all the rewards.

The fact he is waiting for the cat to "create memes" shows how lazy he is to a hilarious degree. Hypothetically he could have something with this cat if he would put effort in. Don't know if anyone is/was a fan of the Cinema Snob but if you were you know his cat Lloyd. He has merch and even made an animated show out of him. It's possible to turn the cat into profit but chances are slim to none if you're waiting for the fucking cat to create the content.

Her coming on stream was either her being an idiot and thinking she'd be safe from all his stench or, her being an idiot and letting him talk her into coming on stream despite knowing how it would go. Either way, it makes her an idiot.
The cat is without doubt a hope of more money. I've seen streamers use pets on stream to curry favor with their viewers "aww look at the little kitty, this person is just like us let's donate for some reason". Hell, look at pokimane with all this brooke houtz shit going on. "There's been a lot of stuff with people abusing their pets, I'm gonna stream from a animal shelter".
Animals, if used correctly will net you more money. Just like babies and engagements. Say what you like about Dave, but when it comes to squeezing the stone to the last drop, he's mastered it.
He won't do the work himself, needs the cat to do something meme-worthy, then needs someone else to make his emotes and merch about it. But goddamnit, that cat will be put to work.

eh, I think the only reason Kat doesn't really show up on DSP's streams is given that she knows his history, she knows his detractors quickly analyze and dissect everything in his streams and record it, giving her very little wiggle room to lie at any point lest she be swiftly found out

I really think the thing that did it was something that happened during the Halloween stream. Someone cheered an obvious bait cheer asking what Kat's favourite demon possession movie is. DSP just completely didn't register it and was like "what's your favourite demon possession movie honey, duhuhu". Not long after that Kat stormed out and DSP came back to the stream absolutely asshurt, so she obviously told him to fuck off. I can imagine reading horse memes is one thing, having DSP snorting actual detractor memes at you without realising is quite another.

It might have been the cumulative effect of multiple things over the course of the stream, but I'm 99% sure it wasn't just the demonic possession remark alone.
Take the black dood's re-stream of the Halloween special, with the demon remark being at 0:27:31:
Kat stayed on stream for over 2.5 hours after that. She even returns from a break within that time. If it had been just that remark, she probably would've called it a day during that break, imo.
