Don't get me wrong, I feel for him, too. But there is a slight difference in circumstances between an autistic dude with severe learning disability advocating to kill blacks from the comfort of his mom's mansion and a mentally ill woman that has (arguably) good intentions for (arguably) terrible reasons while bouncing between abandoned houses and turning tricks with men older than her father to get enough loose change for a 10 piece nugget meal and (more likely) enough shitty skunk weed to get her to her next fuck.

Both have shitty hands to deal with for different reasons, and I feel for them both, but if I had to pick which of the two of them God or Buddha or whatever should cut some slack, it would be Jenna. Vincent has parents that care for him and enable him.

But your mileage may vary. No wrong answers here.
 
Jenna = she keeps herself in a sphere of shitty people, drugs and prostitution. Was she dealt a shit hand with a crazy fucking mom? Yes.

Is there a reason an outsider should reach out and try to help? Absolutly not. People like this will drag you down and hurt you. The only thing that can happen is for the years to pass and for her to realize she has to slowly clean her shit or else end up in bad shape and alone or dead in a ditch.
