After Fire Emblem last night it showed that Animal Crossing was the most recent game on Phil's Switch.

Since I don't think DSP has played any game when he isn't streaming (except for WWE Champions) its probably safe to say Kat is still around in some capacity.

Maybe if we keep saying she's gone DSP will get fed up with us and post an Instagram pic of the back of her head. :optimistic:

It’s very unlike me to peddle unsubstantiated theories, which you could argue this isn’t even unsubstantiated based on her completely missing, but I’d be willing to say it’s within Phil’s personality to play the game on Kat’s account to keep the appearance of her playing it.

The MAIN reason I think she’s gone is because Phil uses his “family” as his source of credibility or his own validation. He doesn’t need waifus like the rest of you immature children. He is a grown up adult with debt and a family. You wouldn’t understand, it’s an adult thing. My wife is cooking, my wife is at work, my wife my wife my wife. If Phil loses his wife after a measly year after getting married, he will have failed. He will no longer be the big daddy in charge. He will just be an old droopy divorcee who lives on the couch playing video games and making silly noises to entertain spergs who survive off disability. I can see Phil quit streaming altogether before he EVER admits he got divorced.

I can see Phil and Kat getting a divorce, but it will not be his fault.

He will spew some shit about how trolls deep dived the public bankruptcy records to find her work. Trolls scoured the internet to find the Subaruman and the hair tricks videos. One troll even made a TIHYDP of Kat's streams. And to top it all off, trolls forced him into bankruptcy and he wasn't able to pay for all the stuff Kat wanted to do. Trolls contacted Kat's sister and told lies about him.

If and when they get divorced, it will be everyone's fault but Phil's. He did everything correct, he even wore his wedding ring on camera.

Phil will play the victim and solicit pity tips. He will get them. He will then get drunk, play WWE Champions, and pass out alone in bed, same as he does now.
 
I just don't see any reason for Kat to leave. She's got her bills covered. She apparently doesn't even have to pay for food. Phil isn't going to expect anything from her, being able to say "my wife" a few times every stream is all he wants. I doubt she's going to find another man with as open of a wallet and zero expectations.

He's already lost. He's bankrupt which no one had to know about but he felt he had to announce it to the world.

I doubt that Khat is necessarily feeling much of that 10G a month.

And besides, Khat doesn’t strike me as someone with expensive habits or a need to flex her Gucci bag.

If they had to choose between 10K couch potato Phil, and someone with half the income closer to her own age who’s actually fun and can show her a good time, many women would go for the latter.

And in case of a divorce, Phil will probably have to pay her alimony.

It’s obvious that she loathes his stream, and given enough time, that’ll start to get transferred to Phil.

Yeah, Khat is looking alright, and I doubt they’ll get to the five year anniversary.

She isn’t drop dead gorgeous, but she looks alright and she isn’t fat. There are plenty of guys who’d gladly settle for a Khat.

Dear Katherine hasn't gone anywhere.
She has her games, her cat, her mansion minus an office, and her spending money from her weekend job.
I also don't think she's looking at leaving, at least in any obvious way. Phil sees her as property, and he knows how he acquired her in the first place. Want to bet he goes through her phone?
If he thought he was losing Kat, it would show. It would be a huge wrench in his plans to look like a human being.

From the few pics we've seen of her from nearly 2 years ago. She looked noticeably bigger in her wedding pics, and nothing since then but weird behind-her-head pics. While Phil never brags about her anymore other than "We went shopping and out to eat together!"

Well a neighbor is a bit different, I agree it's not that strange to ask a neighbor to feed your pet while you're away or look after your house. There's almost a kind of mutually assured destruction dynamic going on there. That's not what they did though, they gave someone their house key whose only investment in doing the right thing is their friendship with Kat.

Personally I'd call that a significant friendship, but that's just me. Although, wouldn't it be something if Kat's friend was actually a neighbor of theirs? Maybe she's sociable enough that she mingles with the rest of the gated community, the other women?

That would change my mind on some stuff about just how isolated Kat might be.
