The worst (or funniest?) part is that he considers this mentality to be mature. If the subject of sex brought up around your friends or family makes you uncomfortable, you're either very immature or your social life is repressed. It's not normal or healthy to be like this.

Right now i remember, it was never confirmed, but he had to fundraise for the PS5 which the more expensive option was like 700-750USD, and he was trying to raise like 1500 for some reason and the speculation was to get a second one for Kat.

I guess it is probably better better to have a wifey who buys discount bulk T-shirts on ebay for 1$ a box to give as gifts every holiday event of the year other than an enjoyable time of cosplay sex. I changed my avatar to Sigmund Freud for the occasion and once took a semester of psychology, which is more than enough qualification to be an armchair psychiatrist. My most professional of shitposty opinions is that it's probably just garden variety autism and parents who never forced him to grow up.
Autists have a very literal worldview and overall lack of imagination or abstract thought - if you want to be more poetic, they don't have the capacity for willing suspension of disbelief. They can be gullible enough to entertain or actually believe ridiculous things, but it's sincere belief rather than playing along for fun. For example Phil did not realize WWE was all staged until his early- to mid- 20s and thinks he's "above" dressing up for Halloween.
Autism also tends to result in emotional immaturity: Even high functioning autists who can graduate from university and do complicated work seriously struggle with appropriate social behavior or interactions and often have age inappropriate hobbies. Phil does not leave the house or even shower six days a week and was oddly captivated with Bugsnax of all things. Then you have his vidya-themed shirts he bought that make up his entire wardrobe. It's odd for anyone his age to own those, it's odder for him to own almost nothing else and apparently own the same ones from ages ago judging by the wear and tear. He has only (to steal his phrase) matured and evolved when it was specifically to avoid trolls making fun of him and even then we had to spell out exactly why he was being retarded. My personal guess is that he gets that sex is a big serious deal and only serious adults have it, but he is too immature to understand why it's a big deal. It's kind of how CWC was this sex obsessed deviant for ages only to not know what to do with that prostitute he hired.
Now combine that with parents who coddled him beyond belief well into his twenties - mother brushed his hair until he was in high school, he lived with them on and off in university then moved back in after graduation, dad arranged a job after he left two jobs in three years, you get the picture. The Wolverine toy story really does tell you all you need to know about the Pig.

If you had the good sense not to read the rest of my post, suffice it to say that nature + nurture combined to leave Phil mentally and emotionally about fifteen years old. Deep down he's still just a teenage boy who just learned the word "boobies".

I don't personally believe Kat is buying DSP these shirts, she'd have no fucking idea what to get him (meaning if she is buying them, she's doing it at the suggestion of Phil himself). I think it's pretty obvious that DSP is buying these shirts at a whim and then handwaving inquiries by saying his wife bought them for him, and since he has established that he and his wife have very separate finances, nobody can hold him accountable for wasting money he receives through feigning distress and begging.

Phil talked about Kat having a new schedule today and how she works days (wasnt she already?) and now he doesn't know what his day off to get groceries will be because she might not have a weekday off (he also said she might not have a weekend day off which was ??? she's not working seven days a week she'll have days off someplace, Phil).
Wonder why she's working more hours while Phil is still bitching about being broke, shouldn't his wife help with the bills?
Anyways I'm just curious why Kat got her shift moved/hours changed and whether it means she's working more or less.

If she works at a grocery store, she could have requested a shift change (had someone on the morning shift agree to switch with her, maybe) or someone might have quit and she got shafted with being told "change shifts or be unemployed." And that prospect meant having to be in the snort fort more than she already has to.
