It's purely down to the fact that people go to her channel to sperg over Vic Mignogna. Look through some of the slightly older videos and you see they have over a 1000 dislikes plus if the comments section is even open anymore a shit tonne of comments about the same thing.

If she's broke enough she may qualify for legal aid. Depending on where she lives anyway. She won't get a vigorous defense that way though. At best they will represent her in settlement negotiations.
