Forget cornflakes eat more oat flakes. These taste so bad that you won't overeat (and are quite healthy actually).

Also what exactly are pop tarts? We don't have these here. I always thought these were some kind of waffles but looking at these pictues here it doesn't seem to be the case.
 
I wonder if Chris eats Poptarts? It would explain a lot if he does.

They're a sugary breakfast pastry. Basically it's low-quality pie crust stuffed with processed fruit filling or chocolate and iced over with some kind of sucrose paste. You can either eat them toasted or "raw".
