I truly have no idea what you're saying. ADD is not a culture, it's a disorder, same with BPD. And not sure where you go from bi-polar and ADD to something-for-nothing and want-it-now. Is it wrong for me to be so cynical to think that somewhere down the line she will eventually find out how depressed and lonely Kent is when she accidentally finds his videos, causing the relationship to go sour because Kent will never truly acknowledge his social anxiety and insecurity long enough to do anything about it?

Kent has never accepted advice from anyone and has continued to wallow in self pity. I doubt having a girlfriend would magically change that.

Not at all. I thought the same thing. I can totally picture it, too. Assuming the relationship doesn't go sour beforehand (because, as others in this very thread have pointed out, he doesn't seem to have much to talk about beyond his own depression), she just happens to stumble across his videos and realizes exactly what she's gotten herself into and backs out.
