So I just out of wonder endured Kent's newest football video.

You'd not know he was in a break down minutes before. He's like he is in every other football videos, imho he's a bit too strong a homer here, normally he is and that's fine to be biased, many people desire this and Kent does show respect when due.

I'm happy to see his video felt so normal means he kicked that funk of what ever he was in the other day. Just to point out to any one who hasn't heard. He needs to do a touch of research forgetting players names and who that play for is silly. He repeats himself but that's Kent.

Most Christians I know have a relaxed view on premarital sex, many even on homosexuality. The bible does forbid these things, but then it also forbids people cutting their beards, while allowing them to keep slaves. When using bronze-age mythology as a basis for modern religion, you do have to make some changes and adaptations in order to bring it up to the standards of 21st century society and morals. Nearly all religious people take some things from their holy texts seriously, other parts not so much. Whatever can be said for or against Kent, "not taking his religion sufficiently serious because he would like to have premarital sex" should not be brought up against him.

And why is he so obsessed about it? Well, it is because humans tend to be very very interested in sex! Remember that our next evolutionary neighbours are the Bonobo apes. Primates and dolphins are very obsessed about sex, and among the primates homo sapiens most of all, and among homo sapiens young men around 20 years exceedingly so. I'm not saying that females do not like sex, absolutely not, but for a number of hormonal, endocrinological and neurological reasons, the "pressure to have sex" is extremely pronounced in young males.

Kent has no mentors, that's his problem. It's usually the father that shows the child the way. It seems he's distant from his parents, or even everybody. I'm surprised no one from his church invited him to any kind of functions. The kid is really going against the grain. He's haunted by his past to the point where he doesn't want to be happy. He rather relive his childhood abuse and get sympathy from online strangers. This is why he doesn't have anyone. Failure to move forward. Unfortunately the world does not care. These type of people become homeless. I fear that for Jamil too. If one of their supporters passes away they will have no way to support themselves. All that time spent trying to get woman would have been wasted, instead they should have been building a career. A lot of black people don't think about the future. It's sad. This is why most of us don't go to college, or we drop out. We have kids by people who we don't like, and end up more screwed than before. What if Kent finally gets a girl and she gets pregnant? His life would be over. You need at least 35-50k a year coming in to even survive with a kid and another mouth to feed. This is why I worry about these 2. Short term pleasure long term pain. Terrible trade off.

His dad has given him advice before which was the be confident and we know how Kent feels about that. He would stop listening to a mentor as soon as they bring up confidence or changing how he dresses.

Kent would break.
First knife hand for Recruit bootyhead would cause full fetal position tears and psyc discharge. Kent is one of the guys who'd buy into getting a moto shirt or tattoo and suffer a DI's wrath.

He needs to some how be eased into life. He's soft and I don't mean it in mean way. He's never had to test his metal so the idea exertion is scary to him and causes him to regress to comfort.

I want fedsmoker to adopt me and teach me how to male and I camp, hunt and drink bourbon often combining said acts.

From what he says, he is quite welcome at his church and chooses to isolate himself. I've suggested he do something there to give back and be social host teen night, he would just hang in the room and make the pizza run but he'd be in charge even if it's picking a movie for them to hang or what topics are for the night. Something giving him some self respect and that dreaded C word. He needs to be on top hence he interacts with people lower than he is.

A low stress job would help him a lot, stocking milk and eggs at the food store for example. Granted Kent being Kent would miss out on the fun of a low stress job and skip being social making it awful.

Him trying to do a youth league of football would be the best for him. I can see him raging out if he hears little Timmy the Left Tackle got his first kiss (like some 12 year olds do).

All of this is moot as no matter what you throw at Kent he won't grab the life rafts. Until that changes, no one can help him.

Edit: Now just remembering my buddy when he was a boot got smoked for implying his DI was homosexual shit was a riot. But buddy was left in pushup position for like 12 hours any time he fell he got picked up over and over. Shit was lulz. I can't see Kent taking that.

I agree. I think Kent would snap mentally from all of the verbal harassment that he would receive at bootcamp. Kent simply has too many quirky characteristics that will make him a target for harassment (e.g. booty-shaped head, small stature, odd speech patterns). I'm sure Kent would snap and get discharged within two weeks, which is luckily way before he would get a chance to get to the rifle range. No chance for him to pull a Gomer Pyle.
