Everything else, in my opinion is fair game, because Kent puts himself out there. He posts videos. He regularly trashes his real or perceived enemies. He says many controversial things. For example, calling the Elliot Rodger massacre "fake", and "understanding" what other incel killers did. He is misogynistic, racist, and self-entitled. Hypocritical, too. He is not a nice guy. Not one bit. Therefore, he is subject to scrutiny, criticism, and is an easy troll target. He brings that all on himself. Welcome to the Internet.

There’s a few things that are stupid with this statement. First off, we just sit here and laugh at Kent the Sped. Nobody is bullying him or trolling him. Nobody is confronting him. We just sit here and chuckle at his antics. The only way he would even know that people are laughing at him is if he pokes his nose here on Kiwifarms. So this whole “leave Kent alone!!” schtick is a non sequitur.

I'll be fair, Kent does seem better than a couple years ago. Still, the idea that he's some sort of badass "ego destroyer" when he still doesn't talk to anyone, still doesn't have any friends or gf, etc. is ridiculous. I think it's because he can only see life in WWE terms, where he has to cut some half-ass wrestling promo and have a bunch of gimmicks rather than just grow up and mature.
