What part of those lyrics made him cry? What did he relate to?

I know he said he doesn't relate to all of it, but I can't decide what part of the song he's relating to.
That whole "stupid comments" video was just flat out weird. Doesn't read negative comments, doesn't respond to them, yet for some strange reason that one instance was where he decided to completely disable comments on all of his videos? He made a big deal about blocking him and then went on to disable all of the comments despite that most of the comments he gets are usually positive and encouraging?
I dunno, I kinda get the feeling that he did it because that person was on to him possibly lying.
Girl gets driven around by a guy in his car. Sounds like part of his "date". Kent is quite simple and prone to emotional outbursts. Really doubt he is reading more into it.

Kent doesn't like having naysayers and is quick to block "the trolls", even tho he just trolls himself for the most part. I kind of wish Malik's Mom didn't take his phone away. His angst over Kent was the best.
Also, congrats on moving up to the big leagues @TJ1000!
I wonder what straw broke the camel's back in this case. I wouldn't rule out he got tired of making stories up. Other possible, if she was real she had to come down hard as he wasn't getting the hints.
A lot to me seems he at very least used this girl (if she's real) to project himself, even if they had a few dates he wouldn't really know her as a person, yes you can share a lot be open and upfront early in a relationship sometimes it's healthy other times not so much. She was an odd mix of a girl to me, a Mary Sue and what Kent wanted (more so thinks he wants) in a partner. She was tall to make him feel ok about his own dislikes of being short, she had same social and mental issues he does of no friends and depression.
Now her being barely employed and carless, that I think is Kent's lack of the C word. She would need him. Kent's got the ride and the money, he's got a carrot to wave to keep her around.
Either way if she is real or not he filled in a lot of the blanks how he wanted to, like cheating at mad libs. I do wonder how he will do his next season, this is quite the cliff hanger.
