It's probably this, Kent is very unmotivated, lazy and spoiled aside his mental issues. We know he bragged how he didn't take advice from shrinks. I'm sure they all suggested to him not to chimp out in public/online.
Kent doesn't want nor could he manage to make it on his own, so he's gotta follow mommy's rules so he can sit around play vidya and buy hats on SSI.
The most active we've seen him is here and there a comment online. Now to be a bit hopeful, he's learned the people in his circle online are losers and scum bags, even if it's mommy pulling his video making it's the closest he can get to help.
Sadly really, Kent has no real need to change, or want. I understand his illness change is hard, and he's spoiled, people even sane don't like giving up cushy. I really don't think he's better or happier, just his stress shifted as he can't vent anymore but no more "haters" or "lies" when he posts absurd behavior.
Really he's pretty much over unless he pops back up, I do watch some of the other chuckle fuck TFLs vids and keep an eye if he posts but that's about it I know of he's still rarely active. His instagram is locked down so it may be active if there is a deep agent.

I just gotta be honest like, I literally go out to clubs almost every single week, and not even once have I seen a short guy successfully approach a girl. And these men are like 5'6 not even proper midgets like Kent. In fact a lot of women tell me specifically that they rejected a certain guy because he was too short.
The ONLY time I ever saw short men with women was when I went to Tomorrowland... There was a 5'5 looking Indian with a VERY VERY VERY attractive blonde girl way taller than him. And then another time I was walking back to my tent and this legit MIDGETMAN like short as FUCK probably even 4'11 was with a girl who was like 5'9. Like wtf...
By legit never seen this happen in England going out every single week. Never seen it in Ibiza where everyone's British tourists, or Malia, anywhere where British people are. Maybe other nationalities care less about height Idunno. Just from my experience really short guys have a tough break unless they're super physically attractive like Stephen Bear or Ricci Guarnaccio (both are way taller than Kent and Ricci always looked like an actual dwarf on Geordie Shore).

Just I know that even if he was confident and cool, he would still be limited in his dating options because of his height. Let me expand I'm not being hating for the lulz, I mean it very much so. I understand esp younger men are worried of rejection, no one likes it some people are better than others handling it.
Kent doesn't pick up on social cues. When a girl half sneers at you, you could be anywhere on the self respect and confidence scale you know ok... that ain't gonna work. Kent has autism so, he doesn't see that. That's why some of his "harsh rejections" have happened. He was probably given a sign or two he couldn't see to not engage and did just that, because he wanted to.
I don't mean to shit on you giving Kent a compliment, and it's good you can see the other side of the coin and self reflect from it. Some times cows can better us, while they educate by shooting themselves in the foot, over and over again.
I forget the claims Kent has made in regards to mental illness, but if indeed he has ADD as well, Ritalin, is a treatment, and would calm his mind, even railed. It's possible to get "high" on it if indeed you have ADD but well I don't want to support the idea he just start gobbling pills to get laid.
Kent doesn't have very good planning skills, or emotionally coping skills so I'm glad he doesn't use drugs. I know once or twice only has he talked about or shown himself drinking and he mentioned he limited himself showing no sign of intoxication.

You know, if Kent really wanted to find someone to date, he should try to go to a wrassling event in his area. WWE events are not a complete sausagefest (or so I'm told) and he could easily find a chick to talk to about The Rock or The Nature Boy. He might be out 100 bucks or however much those events are, but even if he didn't score, he would be out in public and would have a good time regardless.
