Okay I know how you can quickly lose about 50 or 100 pounds super fast. You are honestly going to be super surprised that you did not already know this. It’s basically a cheat code simply. Ok, the way to lose 50 pounds very quickly is, ketogenic diet. Never again eat any cards, and don’t eat sugar. Because when you eat cards and sugar, your body is just burning sugar instead of burning fat. Thus you never lose weight. and even gain weight. But if you don’t eat cards, and no sugar, now your body is burning fat and now you lose weight. You feel more hungry, when you eat carbs. And sugar. Basically carbs is broken down into sugar when you eat it, so that’s why you shouldn’t eat sugar either. Back in the old days, people were not constantly eating sugar or carbs. They were eating meat and vegetables instead. That’s the reason why people were not morbidly obese in the past. But when your eating carbs and sugar such as the American diet then not only are you going to gain weight but your also going to gain weight fast. And if your already fat then these carbs are going to stop you from losing weight. So the idea is simple. Don’t eat carbs again. And then you instantly lose 50 pounds. Don’t believe me? Try not eating carbs and see what happens.
Examples of carbs are, bread, pasta, rice. Examples of sugar are soda.

That's basically correct besides the people in the past part and a few other things. People in the past weren't fat because they didn't have access to cheap food like we do now and they had to work harder for a living. Your body breaks everything that you eat down to sugars and several other things. You know those vitamins and nutrients and shit. Your body lives on sugar. When your body stores energy it is in the form of triglycerides aka fat. You might be looking at triglycerides and notice something if you have ever had some science classes. Glycerides in triglycerides is sugar. If you are fat you are a bowl of Jello literally. Counting calories is a better way of losing weight really. A Calorie is the amount of energy it takes to raise a kilo of water one degree C. Food is measured in Kcal. Kilocalories. Calories in calories out. It's all sugar in the end so don't worry about that or fat. Worry about the amount of energy you are taking in vs. the amount you are spending. Low carb diets work well because they are less dense in sugar and thus calories.

Keto diet only works if you're exercising and stick to the portion control as well.

Also whoever is eating "cards" should definitely stop that, stuff's bad for your health.

Ketotards are delusional. Do you want to know what is missing from most people's diets? Discipline. I was fat once, not obese but considerably overweight. The way I lost weight was by cutting out processed food and tracking EVERY calorie in addition to macros (which are protein, fat, carbohydrates). It really doesn't matter what your diet is composed of as long as it's not complete garbage like fast food, coke, and high fructose corn syrup. The only way to lose weight is by eating less calories than you burn. Most people struggle with this because they lack the discipline to maintain this. Adding extra steps like "keto" or whatever retarded shit normalfags come up with nowadays is only going to add problems for people looking to lose weight. I am not a nutritional expert, but it's simple and straightforward. There are things you want to include in your diet if your goal is to lose weight. A diet for fat loss should be high in protein and healthy fats like omega-3s that come from eggs and fish. The whole idea that food high in fat makes you fat is something that baby boomers (the generation that eats margarine, insulated their home with asbestos, inhaled leaded gasoline and are clinically obese) came up with.

When I was losing weight I tried to aim for 0.8 grams of protein per body weight. You should also couple this diet with exercise that includes cardio (such as walking, running, cycling) and resistance training (lifting weights). One of the mistakes I made was not including resistance training because I lost some muscle in addition to fat.

For how many calories you should eat below maintenance is entirely dependent on your goals. You should not go lower than 600 calories below maintenance as you don't want to lose weight too quickly as it can cause a nutritional deficit. These numbers are not static but are general guidelines.

A website and app I used for tracking calories and macros is Cronometer . There are several calorie tracking programs but I prefer Cronometer because it gives you not just the breakdown of calories and your macros but other nutritional information such as amino acids.

Okay I know how you can quickly lose about 50 or 100 pounds super fast. You are honestly going to be super surprised that you did not already know this. It’s basically a cheat code simply. "Back in the old days, people were not constantly eating sugar or carbs. They were eating meat and vegetables instead."

No. This is not even remotely true.

Barley, flax and other grains were gathered in the wild going back over 100,000 years ago and were a regular staple of food due to being able to easily store and travel with with low risk of spoiling. Rice was domesticated in China 8,00 years ago, in 6,000 BC. The vegetables that most ate were cheap root vegetables and even then, MOST vegetables went to lords/rulers and same with meat. In medieval times, ALL MEAT went to the lords. Hunting and butchering meat for your own was an offense punishable by death. Bread was the primary food staple for much of Europe for millennia and same for rice in Asian countries, this sis still true in parts of the world to this day.

This fantasy that people thousands of years ago were digging up wild vegetables and eating wild game all the time is a delusional fabrication.

I can guarantee you that the overwhelming majority of "keto" diet people are not in ketosis. It is a highly restrictive diet that is very difficult to adhere to. There are also serious health complications that come with highly restrictive diets in general, which doesn't even begin to address the specific health issues that can arise from prolonged periods of ketosis.

You want to lose weight? Calories in, calories out. Track your activity using a heart rate monitor and track your diet using a calorie tracker. Consume less calories than you expend. That's it. It really is that fucking easy. No special diet and no absurd retarded shit. If you really need proof, then look at the professor that adopted a "twinkie diet" for two months and lost 29 pounds, lowered his LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. He dropped his caloric intake from 2,600 kcals to 1,800 kcals and his diet was 2/3 twinkies and hostess cakes. The rest was a mult-vitamin, canned vegetables, celery stalks and a protein shake.

What would the health benefits be if you ONLY started to eat grilled chicken and broccoli and I mean you ate NOTHINg else at all I mean a VERY STRICT diet and just pure grilled chicken and broccoli!!!!!???? As far as I figure this would be keto!?!!!!! Also, making grilled chicken this is complicated so, if you only ate this,

I provided a picture of a TV dinner it says, simply grilled chicken and broccoli Alfredo. But I looked the box over there is no pasta in it but it just have some Alfredo sauce. I have no idea how to cook and also time is limited time is money, but I read online grilled chicken and broccoli is healthy. What if you only ate that TV dinner and drank water. Is that healthy? And how fast would a human lose 50 pounds eating only that? Explain and discuss the health benefits or the pros or cons.

Brilliant. Indeed.

The brain can only absorb energy through carbohydrates. Adhering to pure ketosis is a good way to end up in a coma.

Truly watch the calories. Of course calories themselves are going to seriously taken in from foods with serious amounts of carbs. But even more so foods with carbs AND high amounts of fatty protein contain the most calories. Food with lots of sugar and cheese fried in butter etc.

Yes a balanced diet is the smartest. Its about moderation. Many people eat in one meal enough calories for an entire day. Still in small portions balanced amounts of all nutritional values found on the food pyramid is the best. You definitely don't need to eat 10 pieces of chicken and half a chocolate cake and an entire plate of Spaghetti for every meal. Throw in some vegetables and you basically have eaten enough for an entire day that could have been broken up in tons of smaller portions.

The problem with diets is that often to stop the body from absorbing way too much of one type of nutrition you have to cut it off from its addictive cycle of your bodies inability to break off from overindulging in useless nutrition. Honestly a few days of keto can help. It breaks off your addiction to overindulging in sugar and not using and storing protein and too much sugar blocks up the intestines and makes it hard to digest food even if you consume of healthy food like mineral and vitamin and fiber rich vegetables.

But keto is supposed to be like a 3 day diet much as an alternative to a fast to cut down on massive calorie intake while still intaking necessary protein as a form of nutrition for energy. Its supposed to help curb a sugar rich addiction and prove that a person can lose of weight and still eat a nutrition rich diet like meat and vegetables which should supply all your basic nutrition.

But that is it. Living off a basically hypoglycemic diet is extremely unhealthy. Also the idea that you can be an olympic athlete on a ketogenic diet is bullshit. Olympic Athletes take in an extremely large amount of carbohydrates for energy. Obviously though if you consume nothing but carbohydrates then you will be too fat and unhealthy to jog or anything like that. But the idea that a person eating nothing but protein with almost no sugar can go jogging for 20 miles is beyond absurd. On keto you are relying on very low energy. The diet is often for fat stupid lazy people who don't watch their calorie intake at all and cannot muster up any exercise and decide they need some miracle of weight loss. If a person decided to eat more protein rich food lighter in calories but high in nutrition and limit useless high carb calorie intake and exercise their body which improves your heart and lungs and the way the body transfers nutrients they would probably not have a huge weight gain issue to begin with.

But whatever. Go keto all you want. But no way is any person jogging fucking 10 miles a day eating a keto diet. On a keto diet after about a week a person is lucky if they can walk a mile a day with extreme symptoms of hypoglycemia. Lol someone is lucky not to kill them self on that shit. Anyone who jogs 10 miles a day is clearly not on keto. They probably eat a balanced diet not entirely composed of sugar with no vitamins or protein like nutrition. Obviously that is not healthy and will weigh a person way down and not give them the type of energy they need to go jogging. But they aren't on keto. A person on keto after a week or so would go into a fucking coma trying to jog. Impossible to have the energy to do much more then walk across the room on keto.

Everyone in this thread is gay and now I'm a faggot for having read it. Instead of eating sugar or meat or going on a diet, try having sex with a woman. Fat is stored in the balls and too much fat makes your penis turn gay. Back in the old days people were eating sugar and meat but they weren't fat because they had sex with women. No a days fat people have hentai. Chris Chan (no relation to Jackie Chan) used to drink fanta and semen and he was always fat.

Discharge that semen into the vagina of a woman. It's a fat eating muscle, designed to make babies. But that's her problem (by the way, pregnant women are FAT). The Japanese for hentai is "pervert". Look it up.

And you can take that to the bank senator. The blood bank.

Is only chicken and broccoli healthy? Or do you need to add any food to it? What food do add?? I don’t comprehend this.

It doesn't matter because you most definitely will not only eat chicken and broccoli even if you plan to. You will eventually start eating other foods because eating only chicken and broccoli is miserable.

There's only one problem with calorie counting and that's the difference between what your body uses for fuel and what a flame uses for fuel.

Since a calorie is just the amount of energy to raise a liter of water by 1 degree. Fats and oils will end up being higher in calories despite your body not being able to break it down for sugar.

Humans can break down fats.

But in general, if one's body can't break down some calories, then your calorie estimates are just a baseline. You can tell yourself "I haven't eaten more than X calories". It's only really a problem if you're trying to bulk up.

Though regardless, nutritional estimates don't do the basic calorimeter approach. They split up the various actual digestible components (protein, carbs, etc) and estimate based on that.
