I don't know if this moron is still making dumb noises about suing Rutgers, but unless he already filed his notice of claim, the deadline for doing it passed 90 days after whatever he's threatening to sue about, so his claim would be permanently barred, as Rutgers is a public entity.
Same goes for the cops and, possibly, the hospital, depending on what their legal justification for examining him was.
Also this would apply both to claims against New York and New Jersey entities. They have the same deadline and general requirements.

And now if you look at, say, the wikipedia page, you'll find it's full of conspiracy-minded chaff. All sorts of allegations against the government and police backed up by obscure citations from editorials and books rather than actual transcripts, etc. So Kevin's not alone in this crusade to help a cop-killer or, at the least, someone who was found to be involved in dozens of crimes and must have the worst luck EVAR.

lol this is funny compared to his defense of Shakur. In the Castile case you have a defendant who hasn't been indicted in back robberies, kidnapping and murders and yet because that defendant's a cop and the victim is a black man, unlike the last case, Kevin wants a hanging. Again, he's not alone in his ignorance on the topic, this is just the latest cause du jour for the left. That said, it's as dumb as most of them when you look at the actual situation and the burden of proof.
