I hire entry level employees with educational achievement ranging from high school graduation to bachelor's degree. Most positions I hire for don't require a degree in a certain field (certain things are just assets), so unrelated degrees are okay.

I still immediately bin every gender studies/women's studies student/grad immediately because it screams "I will find a way to play the victim and file a harassment and/or discrimination lawsuit against you."

It's okay when he does it, he's one of the good white people that absolutely has to speak out on behalf of those poor, oppressed, stupid minorities. After all, it's his burden. As a white man.

Most of the people using that meme also are not exactly supporters of the young lady, a point Kevin doesn't seem to understand. To him, if you use a meme you are doing the work of Lord Kek and Emperor Trump.
