Rutgers wants Kevvie Boy sign a liability waiver:

I'll give him that: if Rutgers ordered the psych eval, it is only fair that they foot the bill. But everything else is Kevvie's own responsibility, this mess being entirely of his own making.

His obsession with President Trump deepens:

What does he want President Trump to do? Call him a good boy?

In all fairness, as funny as it is to see a fanatic like him brought up on what's essentially a charge of "classroom not being a safe space", he probably never should have gotten any heat over his in-class antics. Rutgers' hands were probably tied once he started spewing pseudo-terroristic threats on Twitter though - at that point, they couldn't take the risk of not thoroughly investigating a potentially unbalanced loon.

Insane, disgruntled ex-faculty (and Kevin is pretty much all that) have a history of coming back and shooting up the place. Like Amy Bishop. His tweets also portray a possibly dangerously unbalanced madman.

He said he was going to run people down with his car. It is no longer merely a "safe space" issue, but something that can be creditably construed as a threat.
