I've actually never seen this happen on a brave and stunning woman. They seem to all get bloated beer bellies and skinny legs (including the ones I know in real life - sorry, gorls!).
I know spirolactolone (another drug they take) makes them bloat. I don't think I've ever seen a transwoman with fat on the hips and buttocks - even Blaire White has a Hank Hill ass.
I don't think HRT can do any of the things they want it to. A lot of them think estrogen makes them look "younger" but Kev looks 60. They think it gives them "periods" and we know that's impossible. A lot of transmen get fat and bloated on testosterone while thinking that it will turn them into a skinny k-pop twink. Also "estrogen makes your skin better" but Kev is a moonface and Penny looks like a papery corpse. I'm starting to think that HRT is snakeoil.

Estrogen causes growth of breast tissue, but doesn't cause fat repositioning. Fat deposition locations depend more upon underlying musculature and skeleton; women have a flared pelvis, meaning more fat sticks to that. Besides, if he isn't burning any fat, then whatever new weight he puts on is just going to make the beer belly more apparent.

Maybe if Kevin had been a skinny little twink before hrt he'd have gotten some juicy thighs, but I still kind of doubt it.

They let 200 alpacas + sheep graze on a plot of land that one local estimates could support 3 alpaca or 6 sheep. Grazing animals are going to graze regardless of any supplemental feed they get. Here are some pics from the Tranch thread that show how they devastated their property. The neighbors' property is all low grass and scrub brush. There are even early pics of the Tranch somewhere in the thread that shows it when they first bought it and there is high and low grasses.

The destruction is visible from space. Pre-troons is on the left, a few months ago is the right.
