I just can't get past the fact that this is 30 year old man shits himself and plays with toys, and not a single person questioned if he was mentally sound enough to consent to a high risk cosmetic surgery.

Honestly, even if we somehow lived in a world where it was illegal for doctors to give someone the ol' schlong-snippy, a degenerate like Kevin would still manage to skulk and slink about until he found someone unethical enough to go "Hey, buddy, I hear you wanna chop off your dick so you can become a Real Woman? There's plenty of evidence on this site, mostly in the tranny sideshows megathread, that these crotch butchers don't give a fuck about their patients. IIRC only the Thai have any kind of warranty in case they fuck anything up, and even that's limited to the after-care period. They're shit out of luck if they fly back home to Troonville, discover some horrid detail/decide they don't like something, and then try to get it fixed for free.
