Why would I be grossed out by this? I already knew Kevryn was obese and that he treats his body like garbage. This tells me nothing new, except for that, deep down, he also knows his body is gross, because he insinuated that I'd be grossed out by it.

er, no, Kevin. Real vaginas stretch when treated right. Inverted penises aren't real vaginas. They don't stretch more when aroused. This is my question as well. With Kevie it's 50/50 he lies and says it was amazing and perfect, or he's disgustingly honest and makes us all regret reading it.
If he does go through with it, I can picture him doing a bit of both:
