Well this is an interesting nugget of info. Kevin has previously always claimed that he met Penny through his ex-fiancee, now he's saying that they just happened to go to the same hair removal clinic. Is it possible his fiancee just recommended the place to him and did not actually know Penny at all?
Also tacit confirmation that the reason Kevin is allowed to stick around is because he heavily supported the ranch's startup with his inheritance money, since we know he does fuck all to support in any other way.
I was curious about his ex-fiancee so I scoured his Twitter for keywords, and this is everything I could find about her:

- As said above, apparently caused him to meet Penny somehow.
- They were together for quite a few years and engaged for about a year. She broke up with him not long after he came out, which was in August 2016.
- Didn't like Kevin's mooching brother and forced him out of Kev's house with an ultimatum.
- Liked playing WoW with Kevin but found it weird that he refused to play as a male character.
- Studied Japanese.
- Very vanilla sexually. Sex life with Kev was a mess for a while before the troon-out because he became more uncomfortable topping and because of the lack of kink.
- She was Kevin's first. Not big surprise.
- Shamed him for his toy addiction and for staying up too late.
- Got an abortion in 2014. She very much wanted marriage and kids but Kev didn't.
- Was still roommates with him just after he met Penny and presumably up until he moved to the ranch. As of May 2018 she had a new bf who was pissed Kevin kept getting toy packages sent to their house.
- Never wore makeup.
- Hated a lot of people and now hates Kevin too as of 2018, did not let him see friends she disliked and made him scared of "guilt by association"- this could be crazy controlling gf behaviour but I think is more likely Kevin twisting things.
- One of these friends was hated because of a compliment misinterpreted as flirting apparently.
- Taught Kevin to brush his hair.
- Her dog ate his Transformer. It was a pit bull and Kevin misses it more than he misses her.
- He somehow persuaded her to wear an eternity collar for an entire year
- Had to bully him into writing thank you notes to her family.
- Kevin dumped his old mattress on her when he moved out, once he suddenly decided she was abusive and 100% responsible for the brother situation. He was also super fucking lazy and ungrateful the whole time he was packing his stuff, as detailed in the brother tweet thread and further posts below.
- Immune to weed.
- May have called Kevin "Kitty"... bleh.
- Wanted him to sign an unspecified document when he moved out, which Kevin may have wriggled out of doing. Any ideas what this could be? Sidenote, Kevin also claims he was paying rent while the bf wasn't for several months before he moved out, and admits to doing zero chores due to muh depression.
