Interesting thing about Castle Doctrine law in Colorado is for the defense to qualify the property owner must "reasonably" believe they are in danger. I'm not too sure but if I were make an evaluation of this group, reasonable isn't really a word that pop up in my report. Just based on their internet posts and what have you, they come off as delusional and insane and while that wouldn't result in prison time it would result in a psych hospital until they learn to parrot that no fascists are lurking around their property trying to kill them, barring the ability to show a credible actual threat causing them to think this way.
I doubt they have that, what they have is paranoia which does not fall under reasonable belief. All they're doing is creating a really solid case through their own words for reasons they need to be locked away from functioning society and given a high dose of lamictal or olanzapine.
