I haven't played the remakes as I currently have no access to a Switch or an emulator for the remakes but Jirachi can learn Aerial Ace which is the weakness for Lucario. I do wonder though, does Kevin not have another pokemon he can use for Lucario in general?

I feel like most people talking about Pokemon are missing the point. I'm sure my man Kevin bought sword and shield explicitly for the Jirachi. This man probably paid 60$ for a pokemon to beat a childrens game while begging for tranch money, because they're "struggling to get by". Just a quick aside its very easy to pickup extra legends given how easy it is to hack/exploit these games from friends/family/discords/etc.. It hasn't been 2 weeks and people have discovered at least 3-4 ways to dupe pokemon

I'm not trying to power level here but I recently had a fairly minor surgery and the first week of recovery was rough, I was pretty much stuck in bed every day in pain and could barely move.
