Kevryn's whole comfortable cushy existence hinges on none of the other troons realising he's a leech and a complete dead weight. If someone usurped him by coming in and actually doing some fucking work on the ranch Kev lives at for free, it would be fucking hilarious because he has nowhere else to go. That's the thing about trooning out later in life. HRT is only gonna do a few things when you're in your thirties (if you're mtf). Make your voice a little higher, give you a very small amount of breast tissue, kill your sex drive and make you gain a lot of weight. Mainly gain weight. Not that he needed any help in that last department. Oh, and greatly increase your risk of cancer. But it's nothing that exorbitant amounts of cosmetic surgery can't solve, right? Just look at Kevin. Took his titty skittles got the snip, total sex goddess.

Christ! What are those tits? I mean, I know they're moobs, but that is the strangest shape and fat distribution. And the areolas just look...unhealthy. There's not one goddamn thing there worth touching even with a hazmat suit. Imagine how bad the am hole is.
