I think it's like the fatties that rather do invasive surgeries with loads of risks for complications than dieting and exercise (preferably before becoming 400+ lbs): they want the easy way out, and usually the operation is so heavily glorified, like it would solve all their issues immediately. This honesty from Kevin is not how it usually sounds. Gender dysforia is a mental illness and should be treated as such. There are other illnesses that makes people want to cut off certain parts of their bodies but we're usually not just happily amputating them rather than trying to treat their psychological issues.There are people who get blood whenever they finger, another one can do it barely twice a week, and you still have people who look at that misery and are eager to get in, more worried over the cost than their own lives. Have these people lost all survival instinct or something?
