Frankly, that seems like the kind of question that would really only occur to him when he's much older and possibly on his deathbed. At a time when he looks back on his life and realizes how wasteful it was. Before that, I think he'll try and maintain the illusion that his life still has meaning in its current state, with much of it revolving around the propagation of his fetishes and maintenance of the tranch. His life does have far greater meaning than he realizes, though. And it's a shame he squanders his potential by appealing to his vanity and greed.

Well, BMI alone isn't actually a good measure--it pretty much assumes you've got a very specific build. You have to adjust it up or down to reflect the bone density and build--what's normal for somebody who is built in the Pacific Islander Human Tank line is going to be overweight to possibly even obese to somebody whose build is, say, soyboy whose bone density means we gotta worry he'll get a broken bone if he gets hit by a foam ball...
