Does Kevin getting some kind of official job title possibly have to do with their whole charity status thing? Like, can they count some of their donations as going to his "salary" because of this? I don't have any experience with running charities and the rules that go along with it, but it seems kind of funny that they are all of a sudden going gung-ho with the "we're a charity!" thing, and now they are giving Kev a title that basically means nothing in the context of what they do.

Most people who think it's a good idea are on the extremer side of mental illness & disorders. Getting bottom surgery is alread a crapshoot (and most just legitmately want to be women or "lesbians" who do), so being a smaller percent of the small percent of trans people who get genital surgery already means you have that extra touch of insanity out there.
Ripley strikes me as someone who wants to have his cake ("I am a lesbian and cute lesbians scissor or get fucked in their pussy tee hee") and eat it too ("But what if I want to be the dom in bed or fuck the pussy myself because it makes my penis hard snd my penis feels great? I know, I'll keep both!"). He is incredibly controlling with how people perceive and interact with him, to the point of selecting and choosing who to tell medical history to in his doctor's office, a strange and unproductive divide and conquer. U wot m8? That isn't my experience at all, and I went to school and university when feminism had been the ruling ideology for three generations. The women in university were mostly incredibly smug, and valued their intelligence far above what it actually was. Girls are heavily encouraged to study here, even if they are complete dumbasses, and this has been going on since the 60s.
Maybe the "women pretend to be dumb to not scare men away with their huge brains" is an american thing, but I have never seen a woman who I know to be intelligent make herself dumber, except some who try to manipulate other people into doing something for them.

I'm confused with the angle of the amhole that results from futa surgery. The penis has got an internal structure that sits above where the scrotum. Like the bulbospongiosus muscle is sort of "together" in men, but "apart" in women (where it wraps around the vaginal canal is, and the internal bit of the corpus spongiousum is right there:
