This kind of unbridled enthusiasm reads as very childish, they're setting themselves up for incredible disappointment to assume they're going to have any chemistry or find their HRT / SRS mangled bodies in any way compatible.

I suspect it isn't about this friend or the sex at all but about validating their choices with regards to having their pelvis drilled and the resulting meat cavern lined with flaps of penis and colon skin.

So it's a tattoo on the pubic fat, which is one of the most painful areas for a tattoo behind the hands and eyelids. Here I was thinking it's literally a tattoo inside the uterus like that porn actress from ATHF.

I'm all for Kevin making painful cosmetic changes to his body, though. Might I suggest a biohazard symbol?

Yeah, it was a trend in Hentai where there was a magical mark resembling a highly stylized uterus and ovaries roughly over where the real thing was. It was typically on characters who were a succubus or a "woman who has to harvest jizz to gain magical power because porn." It caught on like wildfire in the English speaking degenerate weeb world. I have a friend who draws NSFW commissions and she files it alongside the more bizarre furry stuff, in the the sense of "I hate drawing this crap but you would not believe how much money they will throw at you to do it."

This sums up one of things that I really find wrong with Kevin and his ilk. They are unable to separate fantasy from reality to the point that hentai is basically not only realistic but something to aspire to. If you find the whole womb tattoo thing hot and want to jerk off to it? Fine. Whatever. It's a silly fantasy and that's what porn is all about. As long as you recognized that? Great.
