I think they're forgetting "intent" being one of the main things lawyers will argue. Them posting about how they can't wait to use a law so they can shoot someone is certainly a strange thing to do. Wonder if someone could argue a level of premeditation? Especially given the intent of that particular law is to give property owners some idea of safety and to protect themselves. Using it as a threat when you live on an unsigned property with no notices or barriers to reasonably inform the public, also will be working against them.

of this reply. I was reading @0 1's great OP and I must have missed this post a few months ago. This is hilarious on multiple levels. As a display of Kevin's impotent edgy rage, even in his power fantasies he wants to kill his political enemies without getting up from his chair and leaving his room. That's even a level more impotent than Chris' CURSE YE HA ME HA as far as power fantasy delusions go. Not only that but he's wants them to suffer at his hands without even really confronting any of them in person. I'm not sure if it's more of a testament to his laziness or his edginess or cowardliness. The fact that the lengths of his rage only extend to writing someone's name down in a book and that's pretty much where they end is something speical

Even at the end of Death Note, Light pretty much gets schooled by a child in a lesson on morality and blows Light out of the water in terms of maturity. Making him face the fact what he was doing wasn't noble. He's just a psychopathic murderer. My god how, Kevin read the ending and his only take away was to get mad at how Light didn't win speaks volumes about his level of maturity and empathy.

Jarrod seems like a real piece of work. According to his family, he "spews rage and hate". Maybe his arrival on the Tranch set them all into an overdrive of paranoia?
Also he seems massively worried about environmental degradation and climate collapse. It must be hard for him to wake up next to a pile of Transformers toys, knowing they'll just end up in some poor whale's stomach.

You would be correct. Castle doctrine exists more for cases where there is an immediate threat and you have reasonable expectation of danger. It does not apply to gang wars between trannies and fascists, which if any of this is real is what this amounts to.
EDIT: Also to point that not contacting the police, which according to Penny they "can't," will count against them big time if anything actually happens.

Particularly with these new developments, Jarrodchan is either shaping up to be a great villain or the writers have thrown em in as a red herring. He's a bit too obvious of a psycho, you know?
