If the NSA is after you they'll just send some psychopath who has no trouble torturing you, your family or your pets until you admit to everything up to and including shooting Kennedy. They don't need to bug your computer for that. Organizations like that sit outside the legal space and are not bound to any oversight or rules, especially not when going after a nobody like you. If they made a mistake and got the wrong guy, you just disappear. Simple as.
