no, but steven universe doesn't need scenes like that. instead it has masterful, stylized animation instead of bara kings, and a good solid plotline. character designs don't look all alike. there is no use in comparing them because steven universe is made for kids.
despite that it's still really worth watching because there's a lot of cues and references adult viewers would pick up on. why are you comparing them? there's no reason to.

as someone who plays rhythm games as much as he takes his medication, anime is a completely different medium. steven universe is probably at least 19x more video game like than jojo. i swear on my rhythm game pc.

GULag, starving people, forced collectivisation, displacement of nations, drying up the Aral sea, wasting money on nuclear weapons that were never used, having to publish your works in Samizdat, creating cities where average lifespan was 45 years, and all of that for false sense of security and power. Yeah, glhf when you wake yourself up with a crazy guy that is not willing to give up power, so he has to distract people with attacking neighbouring countries, so they won't see the economic failure. Yeah, this lolcow managed to get upstaged. Really, if we are gonna focus more on the dark side of Russia's history (which is something other countries aren't free of), this thread may as well get locked just because that became more of a focus than some Russian lolcow.

And no, Jojo's Anime is not gay. It's full of sexual jokes indeed, but there is nothing gay. Every male here is straight.
It's just some evil dude turned Jean Pierre Polnareff into a 4 year old boy and tries to kill him. But got shot in the neck with the sword of Silver Chariot - Polnareff's Stand.
Then some good girl found Polnareff and decided to bath him. She bathed him, but then she suddenly dissappeared and now Alessi is scrubbing Polnareff's hair...
In the next episode we will find out that that woman turned into a Fetus, and Polnareff will try to save her.
