The new Dragon Age game has your full complement of neopronouns and various flavors of faggots with fetishes, but also toggleable "top surgery scars" because yes, it's 100% a fetish and these people need to be permanently separated from interacting with polite society, especially children.

jesus, i knew dragon age had fallen to the woke and the game was going to be shit but didn't expect it to be this bad just on the character creation...

Even 4chan is reacting to the horrible woke character customization.

So Know Your Meme found RPGHQ's Woke Content Detector list.

The list itself is about 1,500 titles all on steam that are given ranks as to how woke they are. There are some... interesting titles. It covers things like body types, pronouns and even putting in player sexual characters that result in a homosexual romance is enough to get an "Informational" tag.
There are some titles, however, that seem quite ridiculous. For instance, the list does not like Pro-Transhumanism. So Deus Ex Human Revolution get noted because that is it's central theme but the original doesn't.
17.png
18.png

Let's go through some more:
Classic games like Jade Empire, VTM: Bloodlines and Fable all get noted because they have homosexual romances.
1.png

Library of Runia gets noted because of it's decaying society.
2.png

There's even niche titles like the Infinity series.
3.png
(Choice of Games is a company I stumbled into a few years back while researching other topics. They're a typical west coast American company that put out text based interactive novels that by company policy have to include a trans option. I've been meaning to make a post about them somewhere but there's not enough drama/interest for it's own thread and I can't decide between a post here or in community watch. I'm surprised the list would go to the trouble of picking 46 of the 350 titles that the company has put out. Whoever made the list knows of the company).

Steins Gate got noted.
4.png

This one Visual Novel I know from 15 years ago, the creator was a tranny.
5.png

Long live the Princess, a raising sim essentially.
6.png

A niche Yuri visual novel. There's quite a few, the entire Flowers series and others. They went through the steam tag and tagged everyone of them
7.png
25.png

Even the parody of beloved Snoot Game got noted.
8.png

No one tell him to look at the workshop, where you can recruit a blind fencer, a bookish libarian or a Guqin player that doubles as an Arbalist. Or mod sites for porn mods.
9.png
25.jpg26.jpg27.jpg

So Roman times gets it noted but not all the other female villagers for other civilizations?
10.png

I always thought of this one as a "what if" scenario. One of your companions is Scythian woman who was a former gladiator.
11.png

This one is wrong. Someone who played clearly didn't use Mouse.
12.png

"The sushi chef is black." That's a meme quote right there.
13.png

Classic Bioware gets noted.
14.png

I'm pretty sure on Disco Elysium. The creators had a picture of Stalin in their office and thanks Marx and Engels in their acceptance speech at the game awards. I think I know that they're very pro.
15.png

Obsidian games get noted too.
16.png
19.png

This one is weird. I'm pretty sure Ami is referred as female in the game.
20.png

More classic Bioware.
21.png

Even Japanese H-RPG games.
22.png

Classic Crusader Kings.
23.png

And even Doki Doki isn't safe.
24.png

These are just some examples. I bring all this up because it's not just this thread that's compiling a list of games that have woke themes but it feels like they really went overboard to document everything.
Know your meme is trash, by the way. Alot of trannies in the comments saying "Why is keeping a list of woke games a bad thing?"

obsidian really wanted their cake and eat it too in Tyranny, they wanted total equality between men and women but then they also made a furry race that was a matriarchy and the women were stronger and better then the men

even putting in player sexual characters that result in a homosexual romance is enough to get an "Informational" tag.
This is useful information. Players should know they can stumble into homosexual content, parents should know their children can see homosexual content, and people who are opposed to homosexuality should know they're giving money to a company who creates such content.
(inb4 "but it's more code to write a sex check": it's not a lot of code, though, and by "such content" I mean deliberately being child-unfriendly and potentially groomy).

Choice of Games is a company I stumbled into a few years back while researching other topics. They're a typical west coast American company that put out text based interactive novels that by company policy have to include a trans option.
The last part is wrong. They're just extremely woke and pay money upfront to woke authors for woke content. Their first game had male pregnancy.

Infinity is, however, "Hosted games" -- this is the deal where you make the game from start to finish and they pay you 25% of what the game sells afterward. The game doesn't have to be woke, but it has to be inoffensive and, by company policy, you have to list the playable sex and sexual orientation options that exist in the game. But you don't have to have trannies or gays or even women (or men). You just have to give them 75% of the money you make.

Obsidian games get noted too.
Tyranny is weird, because, yes, "women own property" but it's the enemy civilization, you kill these women and take their property (you can also side with them but it's hard and not "good"). I recall one lesbian character, her "wife" married her for property and murdered her (you can extort the wife or execute her). Also, Kyros is "beyond gender" because it's a god, it doesn't have a physical body. The game has lots of sexual degeneracy so it's by no means based, but it's not woke. It's also amazingly racist (objectively racist and you can be racist-er). It's got a shit-encrusted pajeet for fuck's sake, whom you can force to take a bath or leave unwashed (there's an achievement for the latter). It's a game where you can be nasty to terrible people, of course it's got a lot of terrible people. (The best -- most honest, most useful, most friendly, most sane, and most powerful as a party member -- character in it is an old straight white male.)

Steins Gate got noted.
Stein's Gate is literal tranny propaganda.

More classic Bioware.
Siege of Dragonspear is not a classic and there IS troon shit in it. The old Baldur's Gate II didn't have anything pro-BBQ but that potion shit was gross. This is however Enhanced Edition, and could have been fucked with.

Even Japanese H-RPG games.
Coomers are the pickiest people out there.

Classic Crusader Kings.
II is classic, III is garbage.

And even Doki Doki isn't safe.
Poaster is correct, this means if you're female and play "yourself", you not only get a creepy dyke but also genderist shit.

re: Expeditions: Rome: that one is wrong about history, it's worse than being wrong about a game, Rome did free slaves. Table V (of the Twelve Tables, aka the earliest set of Roman laws) mentions freedmen. What a nigger.

obsidian really wanted their cake and eat it too in Tyranny, they wanted total equality between men and women but then they also made a furry race that was a matriarchy and the women were stronger and better then the men
...that's a furry race. They're gross, monstrous animals (which you can genocide). It's anti-feminist if anything, only gay furries would be terminally offended by it.

re: Darkest Dungeon: I think Abdul Alhazred is Arabian in it. Utter woke absurdity.

They did go overboard if they're calling Darkest Dungeon woke. The studio that did it is called Red Hook, which is named after one of HP Lovecraft's stories with the most overtly racist themes, so they're really not trying to shy away from anything. The game has a superb narration from Wayne June, who came out as a TERF in recent years. Yeah, the Arbalest is a black woman in heavy plate with a giant crossbow. She is not a "front-line combatant" and is basically a sniper. Her identity never comes up, as with the other 17 or 18 kinds of disposable lemmings you recruit.

What's next, claiming it promotes sex work because your heroes can destress at a brothel in town? When an 8 year old game that I know very well is getting wrongfully tagged as "woke", I question the author's judgment on the other games they listed.

You put what I wanted to say but couldn't find the words for perfectly. To add to the points you made, the only backstory given to the recruits are that all of the characters are pieces of shit in their own unique ways, including the women, and provide actual reasons as to why they take the positions they do.

The Hellion is a coward who was exiled from her tribe for being too weak and useless to them, which is why she fights so ferociously in the party; she is still leagues stronger than nearly everyone else you can recruit and she's trying to prove she's capable.

The Arbalest's backstory has never been explicitly revealed, but it's implied she either ran away from her home and left her father to die to bandits, or flat out murdered him to run away. She ended up as a recruit in the military out of desperation, where she took a support role, hence her sniping and medical prowess.

The game does everything but "powerful because black and/or woman". The characters are all skilled at what they do because of hardship, regret, and experience, all core themes of the series as a whole, and they can all die the same pathetic, meaningless death. If they were talking about the sequel where any party member can become amorous to another regardless of gender, the argument could hold more weight, but not in the first game.

Accounts labeling everything "woke" regardless of context based on eye level observations about the characters are flat out retarded, and sets back any sort of motion to reverse it because it's so disingenuous. Using that kind of logic, everything is "woke" on the same level as Dustborn or Concord and no one should play any video game ever made. The original Tomb Raider? Woke because woman. Scarface on PS2? Woke because Cuban. SimAnt? Obviously you play as the black ants because of DEI.

It's fucking idiotic and counterproductive, and pretty much the same thing the woke crowd does when labeling things racist or sexist. Lists like that should be reserved for games/developers that are obviously overtly politically charged, recieved funds from DEI consultancies, or have been changed/censored for political reasons, not cataloguing every game with minorities and women in major roles.

Red Hook released short comics for each hero. That's the only backstories we get. Each character has had a shitty, stressful life filled with adversity, as you said. They're not heroic and they are quite literally disposable hired blades that are susceptible to cowardice and selfishness.

Hel_final_logo.jpgArb_final_logo.jpg

Bonus point: The Hellion's default name is Boudica. She was inspired by and named after Boudica in antiquity. They could have made her an obvious pander with that warrior-queen source material, but they actually made her a piece of shit just like everyone else.

Space Marine 2 (Saber Interactive): mild or medium depending on how much one weights strict adherence to 40k canon.

(I did not play the campaign and and my only experience with the game was borrowing a friend's account to try the pvp. I did watch a video of all the cutscenes though.)

The writers do not understand 40k as a setting or grimdark for that matter. The story is just a bunch of American military movie tropes that are at odds with established facts about how Astartes behave.

While I'm not a huge 40k nerd (I'm more into Fantasy), my understanding is that Astartes from First Founding chapters are meant to be as genetically similar to their primarch as possible to ensure optimal gene-seed uptake and to reduce any infighting over perceived differences. Space Marine 2 introduces both black and Asian Ultramarines (Ultramarines are based on Romans, both in terms of ethnicity and organization). At best, these are token characters, and at worst, these are deliberate affronts to the setting. Maybe a 40k autist can go into further detail. The only reason I put this down as potentially mild is that even anti-woke safe edgy grift tubers and their normie audiences wouldn't know this if they're not somewhat familiar with the setting. This game is not the second coming of Christ and people would be calling it painfully mid if it wasn't for the 40k branding.

The game itself has problems with excessive grinding and console-itis but that's for another thread.
Disagree, if mildly. The Ultramarines do not recruit solely from a single planet; they have the entirety of the Ultramar empire to comb through. So it's not impossible to get some variation, and since the Ultramarine geneseed is ridiculously stable, you don't get any weird mutations.

(Consider the chapters that are fleet-based and basically pick up aspirants from worlds they visit like takeout orders. They probably have even more variation.)

I would give you brown blueberry boyscouts, if exceedingly rare, but never black or asian, as the Roman Empire never stretched that far. But they are the posterboys and Games Workshop has worms in their brains, so here we are

Game: The First Descendant
Rating: None
Summary:
I played for about 100 hours. It's a decent looter shooter, although it gets really difficult by the end. Solo-ing any boss is almost impossible by the end game. Good thing that there is co-op, so you can have high level players, who are farming for something, assist you. The new season introduces some dungeons, that are solo only, you you will be farming for a lot of upgrades. There is a story if you are in to that. You will see a lot of Bunny players. She is easy to unlock and she is also excellent character to kill mobs of goons easily.
Also, it's around 35GB on PC.

I believe tis been brought up before if this was the same list, but we suspect some of these are lefties larping as righties.
Because they use language no one right of them would ever use.
Like, "supports destruction of the patriarchy."

They're intentionally going far to try and discredit sensible lists.
However, in reality it could be the far leaning right just as well if it wasn't for the weird languages and this may be a different list. Both sides pretty much shoe horn at the ends of them into lunacy.
