Mind you, he hasn't had any opportunity yet, as far as we know. All Gabe has done is quote retweet a clip showing a HIGHLY choreographed sequence from one match taken out of context. If the WWE canned a lifelong industry professional because they exhibited a glimpse of interest in a wrestler who has these skeletons in their closet, then they'd probably have a new guy in the position every other day. The indie wrestling scene is full of secret scumbags who can pull off athletic spots, like Teddy Hart or Matt Sydal. You're going to end up with a corporate ass-kissing stooge who couldn't even lace up Sapolsky's boots and stuffs developmental with a parade of Braden Walker knock-offs, because one mistake and their job is gone. That's wholly unreasonable.

The point of the scouting process is to weed out prospects due to these red flags.

Kidd Bandit even in LFG or Evolve would be botch fest waiting to happen but in all likelihood they don't want to deal with Bandit. Let's say they let him in the performance center and let him put some moves in, he wouldn't be able to get into a developmental due to his attitude. Even if he got into NXT he'd wind up like Nyla Rose. Kidd Bandit shot himself in the foot but more likely he'd still be a flippy, pornstar tranny who will never be mainstream.

If they did offer Bandit a contract I would not be surprised if he declined it due to being a mark for wrestling weirdos on twitter which after Lesnar returned is not in good standing with WWE
