To spell this out for everyone. His Landlord has taken him to Court to force a civil eviction. This is actually not normal. Landlords HATE doing this as they lose money no matter what. If a tenant is working with them in any reasonable capacity they don't get the court involved. If they go to court It means they have a sperg who has not paid money in months (in most cases they have never paid and have no history of paying beyond that first lease signing) and is not vacating the premises. They have a tenant who has created a real mess. He is being sued for full 3 months worth of rent. If his landlord wasnt getting the rent, then the money would still be in his account to pay now. (Oh right the magic identitiy their fairy who stole his sandwich money. news flash, any identity thief that stole Kieran's identity would take pity on him and give him money. Then wipe all traces of the fake identity from himself for fear of catching the loser bug.)
So lets call it what it is Kieran Schiak is a con man. A low level begging grifter. It's always a story. It's always somebody elses fault. "Oh woe is me... but don't forget to get Ethan Van Scriver and Dan Slott fired from their jobs and made homeless!". The dude is a (really bad) liar. Why didn't the bank give back his stolen money? Because they know bullshit when they see it. He wrote bad checks, that's it. Why didn't his former employer pay him what Kieran claims he was owed when firing him? Because Kieran didn't work the hours or perform the task.
I am normally the most compassionate person there is with regards to homelessness. We all are. But it reaches a point where you need to stop enabling abusers. This immature manchild needs this. He deserves this as much as anyone could. Karma is in fact a bitch.

He’s being hauled to court to be evicted, or make a claim as to why he should not be immediately evicted. He’s using it to prove that he really is facing a crisis, and not simply lying to get money. Apparently he’s twigged that people have picked up on his prior lies. But really all it proves is he is a self centered irresponsible train wreck on top of a garbage fire. He’s a user and abuser who steals from everyone around him. This is proof of stealing from his landlord. (That’s what failure to pay rent is.) And then he lies about it. Blames the landlord. “Some problem in the leasing office” yeah Kieran when you give the landlord a check there must be money in the account.
And you see the same thing over and over with this unrepentant loser. Blame others, beg for more, move on to the next Mark. Because that’s what it is at this point. The only reason he is addressing this court summons is because no other land lord will even consider renting to him until this matter is settled to his current landlords satisfaction. 3 months owed rent (plus court costs. Won’t he be surprised by that.) Also this Court Date is Oct 26. That means he will be out on the street Halloween. No question.
Do note how unashamed, but rather proud he is to beg from his friends. It’s not normal. It is in fact disgusting. He isn’t some poor fellow down on his luck. This is his well established lifestyle. And this is the attack dog that an industry willingly sends at its consumers and creators.
