It seems like he might have strained out basically everything that was in it maybe and just filled it with juice since 90% of the bottle was sludge. Although with how little he winced drinking it he might have actually just thrown together some yeast and juice last minute.

If you don't degas the wine will taste too acidic, kinda like club soda.

If you don't sweeten it will taste granny smith tart and be very dry, which is an acceptable cider wine/cider style.
A shake of ground cinnamon, clove, and/or allspice would be welcome additions.

You are absolutely right about the taste. We had some family over and ran out, so I grabbed the "mead" that had already been done fermented. I sanitized and poured it into another carboy, then served it warm. I thought it tasted ok, but most people didn't. No sweetness at all, just that nice little cider tart. Really not bad. I had about 1/2 gallon left, so in the fridge it went.

It did not carbonate at all, I think maybe the next batch I will bottle at least some in some flip-tops with a carbodrop or two and see how it goes.

Going to grab up the stuff and make another, this time adding the sorbate and some sweetness at the end.

Also, the Cobra's Mist appears to have finished fermenting; no noticeable bubbling. Going to try and rack to the secondary and let it sit a while longer before doing anything with it. I'll probably just get a batch of bottles more than I would need for the mead and bottle it up too.

This is like the 3rd or 4th bottle of Jack that has been in his videos in the last week/week and a half. Other times they were in the background. No wonder he looks like garbage, he can barely handle a sip of his "favorite alcohol", let alone a bottle every 2 days.

What proof was there other than someone on the crew with an english accent? It was produced by Don Picton which is why the art style is the same as the Bitesize logo. Maybe i missed something, but this sounds like a gay reddit conspiracy.

I just wanted to mention that there is a very disproportionate percentage of Angloids making content on Josh right now. This sounds absolutely retarded, but if you watch any of the Cobra clip channels, odds are that they are from the UK.

Not sure where bite sized is but anyone who spends $3400 to go to Casper Wyoming is insane. Denver with a day trip or an overnight in Casper is a much better idea.

(Also I forever first spell Wyoming as whyoming because whyyyyy the fuck would you live there?)
