Wouldn't be surprised if it was the constant calls, wellness checks and Doordash orders with subsequent rages that finally made the landlord say "enough of this bullshit".

Here is my current theory regarding the eviction: I think between the police calls, the doordash orders (some of which included huge bags of ice that would melt outside his door btw they did this intentionally) and them harassing the management they already wanted Coebs gone but NAL staying over and breaking shit was the last straw. It would not shock me at all if someone had contacted his apartments management and told them about NAL too.
