Probably the best possible reaction. It would be terrific if the entire thread could be convinced to gaslight new posters into thinking they're coming up with original ideas, instead of shitting on them for the same recycled takes that have clogged up likely 200 pages worth of posts.

The boy's been notified of his lease non renewal for a couple weeks now and he still hasn't bothered to box up, pack, or otherwise prepare for a move. Seeing all the drama with female onlyusemeblade I can't hold back the feeling of real hate towards her. It's illegal to evict an autistic dood.
But on a serious note I don't think American laws let landlords explicitly evict or terminate the lease tenants on disability or welfare. BUUUUUUT.. since leases have to be renewed by both parties the property owner can simply wait pay-shent-lee to not agree to renew the it when the time comes (usually annually or bi-annually) and get rid of them that way.

his lease was terminated and he was asked to vacate
or
his lease was not terminated, but he was notified that he would not be approved for a new lease once the current one is up.

People on disability or welfare can be evicted for the same reasons someone would be evicted from market-rate housing, stuff like nonpayment of rent, criminal activity or violations of the lease agreement.

Unless you've got a nonpayment issue, it's a lot easier to just not renew the lease vs. go through the evictions process. Kind of a win-win, the tenant doesn't wind up with an eviction on their record and you don't have to deal with the legal process or worse by formally evicting them.

As far as I can tell there were never any issues paying Josh's rent on time.
