If he stays no-contact over the internet, she will definitely do everything in her power to prove that he was domestically abusing her. The thing is, I can see that shotgun clip being taken out of context. I mean, if I was a cop, and the only thing I knew about this situation was that single clip, I can see the law taking her side. Like, they are just white trash people arguing, and at no point did Josh aim the shotgun at her, but having a shotgun out during an argument is clearly a dangerous situation. That being said, I think there are grounds for a restraining order, but there was no domestic violence in that clip. They were in seperate rooms, there was never any contact.
