Yeah early on, you hear the same guy answering the phone. An odd thing for some "random patron" unaffiliated with the bar to be doing.
Also, Warlord was the aggressor in that, and lunged (albeit in the same way a toddler staggers about with their wobbly little legs) toward Kobes as he was essentially backed into a corner. All he did was shove a drunken twink as a last possible option.
