Yea. He’s trying to sing Zombi Stomp by Ozzy but it’s just a garbled up mess. Which is insane considering Zombi Stomp is a very easy Ozzy song to sing compared to others and Ozzy is extremely clear in it in terms of understanding the lyrics.

He’s such a fucking poser. He copies Ozzy’s knuckle tattoo and then pretends to be a fan despite not knowing the lyrics to any of his songs. Hell he barely knows the melodies to half these songs he tries to sing.

He sings Frank Sinatra and Elvis better than any metal/goth songs. Cobes doesn't actually like goth or metal music, or really any music that much. From what songs he's able to preform off the top of his gourd, he strikes me as a basic radio listener. He knows the classic rock/oldies hits pretty well, but can't tell you more than the surface level Cradle Of Filth or Ozzy song. Can't say that I've ever seen a CD or cassette visible in his streams.

I want to know how the landlord came up with $6000 in damages. That place is a dump and was already a dump before he got there. I understand he smokes and uses pray paint, but what are they going to repair besides new carpet and a fresh coat of paint on the walls? It's not like he smashed up the place. He's dirtier than most people but after living there for so many years, I'd say most of that is expected wear and tear.

That does seem a bit excessive. Considering that the problem is so bad that they can't rent the room above him, you'd think Cobra or at least Homedad Clint would have been told that it was an issue before it got to this point. If they did get a good look inside, then who knows? That stove sure did take a beaking over the years. Still doesn't seem close to $6,000.

I think that's just the notice to quit that all landlords have to give their tenants before they go through and file the eviction, which is 30 days.
