It's a bit of column a, bit of column b. Seizure and guests on his podcast have speculated about Cobes and his autism on various aspects of the condition, and I think the conclusion is that people with autism are just as diverse as normal people. Some of them have extremely particular tastes when it comes to things like texture, meanwhile Cobes does not seem to care about textures at all - he'll cook pasta until it's mush, he'll eat ramen that have been sitting on his kitchen counter for literally days. He only cleans himself as well as his apartment when "necessary", meaning when Clint finally drags him to his therapy appointment or the Saunders family has a reunion he hasn't been banned from. Did he even clean the place for the arrival of NAL?

Anecdotally I had a neighbour whose particular brand of mental illness(I never did figure out his diagnoses, he could very well have been on the spectrum) had him wearing the same disgusting clothes that were coming apart at the seams, while he also refused to bathe and his room was a literal garbage hoard. He didn't care that you could see all the way down his ass crack or that he smelled of unwashed kitchen bins.
You eventually become noseblind to your own general state of hygiene if you neglect it for long enough. I assume Josh has become noseblind and his ODD/whatever you want to call his refusal to live by the lowest common societal standard of showering once a week at minimum and changing clothes occasionally, simply doesn't register his physical decay.

It's really fucking sad because it's like the tip of an iceberg that is his general mental and physical health is in fucking shambles, and we don't even have to interact with him on a day to day basis. I don't like Clint but I don't relish the thought of having to wrestle your retard manchild of a son in any capacity.

It's impossible to help someone who refuses to get help. Clint can force the boy to therapy as much as he likes, doesn't mean the boy will actually listen to the therapist in any capacity. I do agree, Clint is his biggest enabler but I partially understand wanting a good relationship with your retard child so you can still watch over him rather than Cobes cutting off contact completely with Clint.

Maybe, hopefully this is the wakeup call Josh has been waiting for. Maybe, hopefully we'll see him get some actual help.
I doubt it though. The boy is content with rotting away. He has expressed many times he just wants to die because he's deeply depressed and he's tired of getting harassed by the trolls.

While I wouldn't be shocked if this just turns out to be a really bad hangover/food poisoning illness combo that Cobes can recover from, I can't help but feel a deeply-seated contempt for the enabling weens that keep doordashing him booze in order to accelerate his already blatant decline in both bodily and mental function.

Now, you might call me old-fashioned but I think that the word "hate" is overused by a lot of people. I try not to hate anyone, if I can help it, for hatred is a virulent poison that acts silently on a man's soul. But when I say that I hate Cobra's enablers, I mean it, and I do so while experiencing hatred in the most primordial way a man can hate. I think that the people responsible for doing what amounts to giving a loaded gun to a suicidal moron with the IQ and willpower of your average single-cell organism should be fucking dragged out into the street, violently raped, flayed alive, crucified, molested, have salt poured into their exposed flesh, and then raped again for good measure.

You may also think that I am being MATI, surely I must be seething and raging while typing this post in an internet gossip forum, but I am in a state of pure serenity as these words go through my mind and are expressed through my keyboard. I believe that that feeling comes from a righteous hatred. Sure, Cobes would have fucked up his life on his own, quite easily in fact, but he could have done it in his own terms, uncoaxed by the whims of the dregs of human function and society we call "troles". I have no doubt that, once Cobes croaks, they will just do this exact thing to someone else.

As for Josh going through a potentially painful illness and death, I can only quote the wisdom of a Casperite sage who, in a moment of perfect clarity, once uttered the words "it is what it is, toobz".

Without going into detail, a lot of what @Whatisgoingon says is accurate, but another factor is sensory issues and that some are overwhelmed by the sensation of shower water on them, yet some have no issues going into pools, etc.

Cobes is probably just too drunk and lazy to shower, though.

Think Cobes has pancreatitis.

Main reason I think this is how he claims he is in pain. Food poisoning has you vomiting, feeling sick, and fatigued. You’re not hurting, you just are sucking at life for a while. He said he hurts and with how he drinks — I wouldn’t rule it out.

I also know he’s been hitting the hard liquor for a minute now. Anyone who drinks knows that liquor will mess your stomach up a lot more than a case of beer. Especially if you haven’t been eating with it — kinda like he does.

I hope it’s something else but all signs point towards this. Which would not be good seeing how not drinking would be one of the remedies — along with going to the hospital.
 
This new video does give some insight on what Jessica claimed about him and how he wakes up and pukes first thing, so if it’s just been getting worse since then I doubt it’s something minor. Circle of protection on Cobes, this is most definitely not what’s up, toobz.

This video, as previously mentioned, likely is his begging Daddy Nips for help since he has no phone. Now will Clint actually watch and then do something about it is a whole other topic.
 
Looks like Josh has pancreatitis to me? (Probably from all the Ozzy death drinking).
If someone with his high pain tolerance is complaining, then it has to be pretty bad.
The boy should really go to the hospital. He might need IV fluids etc.

Let's be honest, if any of us lived near Cobes- we would have actually tried to get him to go the the doctors. Because at the end of the day, we like Cobes because he has entertained us.

The weens don't care about the man.

Look we all knew that Cobes was probably not going to make it through this decade just because of his lifestyle and the lack of a will to improve himself.
