There's definitely a speech element to dyslexia when reading written words out loud. Most common in multi-syllabic words, such as these two.

The way he filled in the missing vowel in "Saringhetto" shows he understands English vocabulary and phonetics well enough to create a workable word from what his brain interpreted but it's still flawed.

I'm not sure, but diagnosing KingCobraJFS as an amateur from over a thousand miles away isn't exactly reliable telemedicine on my part. I do think he properly fills these scrambled words he reads with the right vowel sounds to make them at least something sensible to English speakers.

Of course Cobes is almost certainly extremely deficient in thiamine and other B vitamins as well as magnesium due to the nonstop drinking which impairs absorption and leads to mental problems. If some of those weird reboots we've seen are seizures due to alcohol he is honestly in deep shit already and would need detox under medical supervision if he abstains for any period of time.

If he'd just get shitfaced at night, eat a huge meal at the end and take a B-Complex/multivitamin the next morning followed by sleeping it off and a period of sobriety during the day until the next evening it would mitigate a lot of the problems. Not ideal healthwise but it won't lead to Wernicke-Korsakoff or DTs.

Not exactly it can make you mispronounce words occasionally if your unfamiliar with them and trying to read them aloud in a hurry kinda like what he did there but not to the extent he does there without something else going on as well or a more extreme case bordering on illiteracy but those guys tend not to read at all.

Oh he's on that path no doubt. Without some kind of long term intervention there's nowhere else he can possibly go.

I am really curious what goes through Clint's head these days. Is he aware of the state his son is in? I feel like he must be. What is his plan? Has he just given up? That's what it seems like.

It would be hilarious if fans stopped sending him booze. I don't know what his budget is like after rent, but he'd have to do some prioritizing/balancing if the free alcohol stopped showing up.

Yeah, I've been too accustomed to watching lolcows and other people play guitar much worse than Cobes. I genuinely didn't mind this

Edit: it was still pretty shit but it was tolerable enough for me

He knows just enough to sound okay to normies, but his execution is always a little unique. I don't want to dog on him to hard, but anything that would take serious effort to learn he just kind of does his own sloppy version of it and throws in some easy power chords in-between. He has the skill, but never bothered to practice execution of the skill. Kind of relevant to a lot of aspects of his life actually.

Maybe I just don't have an ear for these things but it sounds like complete randomness to me. One of these days after he gets signed by Ozzy he's going to be in a hell of a pickle when he's expected to perform his music live on stage and he can't play literally any of his own music.
