I think it just depends. People don't like to cut him some slack when Josh uses his autism card as his clutch to avoid trouble or confrontation.
I don’t think acknowledging the root cause for some of his behavior or what is a contributing factor for it undermines what a shit person he is. His autism is at the core of why he behaves the way he does in almost every way. It’s not an excuse like he tries to use it to understand that. I don’t think people go easy on him because of his autism.
