The issue is dummies can’t tell what is speculation and what is fact. It’s how we ended up where we are now with redditors and alogs acting out trying to make him “face consequences for his actions” by mass flagging his channel. He's not a child he is an incompetent retard who understands good and evil, not the same, he has had the time to learn that if you do X, Y will happen, and he still does shit not because he is a special little boy but because he lacks impulse control and he knows it, something average people can also lack, and he thinks the consequences don't matter as he is untouchable, but the problem is that an overblown ego, aspergers shield magic and goth dog collars can't prevent mouth abscesses and sepsis.

The all time greatest moment I realized cobra truly is one of the dumbest motherfuckers on the planet was when he was saying vegans are dumb for getting mad at people who eat meat for killing animals because vegans only eat carrots and vegetables but those are the foods animals eat so because of the vegans animals are starving. That was his big own against veganism. Vegans are hypocrites because eating vegetables makes animals die of starvation therefore they can’t be mad at people who kill animals and eat meat. Your explanation is very good on how he perceives the consequences of his actions, but the main point I was trying to address on this subject is" Does Josh deserve any pity for his current state?", and these have been purely my subjective opinions on how he perceives the world based on what I've seen that end with me saying he doesn't.
True, he may be unable to understand that by nature most, if not close to all, of his actions are either evil toward others or unhealthy toward himself, but regardless they are still being done, and currently he has become nothing but a collection of addictions and poor practices that have slowly been growing since his teen years that can both be blamed on dog-shit parenting, minor but occasional internet coddling and maybe the "failed educational system" if they even have that in Casper.
He's nothing but a diseased person who can't get both physically and mentally lower yet still tries, he's not someone who deserves pity, he's like the human equivalent of a sack full of pages littered with nothing but slurs.
