Is this truly how little it takes to have the state take the wheel over someone's life in whatever eurocuck nanny state you hail from? Because in America being a retard or incredibly financially irresponsible or eating slop wouldn't just not pass this sniff test, but the very idea that any of these things could be used by the state to intervene is incredibly repulsive to every red-white-and-blue colored strand of DNA in my body. By this standard DSP should be under a state-mandated conservatorship, but instead the government accepted his claim of bankruptcy and discharged a ridiculous amount of his consumer debt.I'm pretty sure showing his bank statements (he is not even allowed to have a debit or credit card) that look like a wave going in and out of red would be a good indicator. That and just a few videos of him 'making money' for the amusement of others would add some considerable heft. Hell, he could just show some cooking videos (him immolating the potato wedges and nearly starting a fire) and top off his presentation off with the hair dye video.
It has been beaten to death. The horse has ceased to be horse but is instead now a fine red mist permeating the air where there was once a horse due to the immense voluminous beating it was given. The topic has been beat to death but I think there is a legal argument that Cobes can't take care of himself and the last four years prove it. I would love to see one of those picture montages of his decay
To we, who watch and observe Cobra to an arguably unhealthy degree, the boglim is clearly and obviously regarded. If it was you or I who this case had to be made to the outcome you describe is conceivable. But to the state the bar is much higher, partially to avoid undue expense and partially to curtail tyranny. And, to my mind, this is a good thing. The very presence of Clunt in the scenario precludes such an outcome. The only situation where the state is made to intervene is one where Clunt is no longer keeping his son off the street, at which point he truly becomes the public's problem.
