I had that video in mind when I made the comment, but I think they didn't do any leg work to get his documentation changed. Once you're in the system you don't really need much verification which is why abuse of said system can be so rampant. And lets be honest the boy is still legally blind lmao, maybe he wasnt for awhile but his eyes have definitely been refucked by lack of aftercare.

Using something charged by someone else can bring you bad karma or it can backfire on you because the person who enchanted the item could have malicious intend.
